What he said is a perfect example of the baiting through mistruth. He says "stebo didnt even know how to read the damn resource", despite a through discussion with him at length trying to explain what the 2015 DFS reserves are based on, and how +$1000/oz PoG would impact cut-off-grades, the extraction and mining costs per T, what that would mean for how the current resource would now almost certainty be upgraded to reserves, the info we have on the underground mine, the fact that exploration is open in multiple directions, etc., etc., etc. until I was blue in the face.

But then it dawned on me, that he completely understands all that, and likely fully agrees with me..... but he is an antagonist and a contrarian, and has no interest in learning or educating, just disruption. He knows 100% that I fully understand the ore-body, the extraction and processing costs, etc. and why I base my calculations on 3moz.... but he doesn't let that stop him fishing with things like "stebo didnt even know how to read the damn resource" hoping for a bite (from somebody that he knows has filtered him!

Dear only knows what other rubbish he has been posting about me, but I am completely content to allow it to go completely unchallenged, because it has zero impact on me and it won't be long until he disappears off full of regret and bitterness while KEFI makes me very wealthy.

Yes it's frustrating to watch him posting misleading information, which might poorly influence new investors, but imo the only way to deal with him is to bin him and stop engaging.

Crazy, I agree with what you're saying, but some people will be happy to invest at 2.5p and enjoy 100% up to 5p, without carrying the sign-off risk (which I personally now believe is tiny). There are also those of us who see the value in shouldering the small risk, in order to get that 1,000% (ten time those gains!) from 0.5p to 5p.

For me the risk is well work the potential return.

Magic. Completely legitimate strategy, and I am sure that you will do very well. KEFI currently makes up the high-risk:high-reward part of my investment strategy, so I'm happy to roll with the punches, in the hope of seeing the big wins when sign-off lands.

We need investors at all stages of the transition from high to low risk though, and I wish you all the best. Plenty of money to be made at all stages over the next 5-10 years imo.

Magic. It's not risk-free, but to me the bigger risk is to sit on the sidelines, watching the sp starting to run away from you, hoping for that sting-in-the-tail.

I'd rather be invested, risking that sting, but being sure that I won't miss out on any big re-rates.

We are a billion quid company, with a £50m mcap. I think that people have gotten so used to sub-penny share-price, that they no longer comprehend just how cheap KEFI is, and how much scope there is for growth.

When the news lands, and the sp is 2p, there will be profit to be made...... but the big profit will have already been made by those who took the risk and bought at half a penny!

I feel like it's very much that case that anybody who would buy at this stage has had their opportunity and already filled their boots, and anybody suckered in by the FUD being peddled won't believe it's a done deal until they see tangible evidence on the ground, or wet ink on a page.

Personally I believe that he is best ignored and starved of the disruptive arguing, which is all that he is craving. He has zero vested interest in KEFI and is only here to antagonise and spread FUD in some kind of personal attack on Harry.

I typically highly value opposing opinions to my own, but I fully recommend just blocking Bonkers. For the sake of yourself, and for the sake of the forum. He is not some dissenting voice worth weighing up and considering, he is only here to disrupt, provoke and antagonise.

Exactly. The 1.05moz is definite, with a full commercial study done on it in 2015 (when PoG was less than a third of what it currently is). That clearly doesn't mean that 1.05moz is the extent of Tulu Kapi.

The DFS is an expensive exercise, and Tulu Kapi is viable even at only 1.05moz, so while everybody (except bonkers) can accept that there is almost definitely 2moz, and very likely well over 3moz, there is very little to be gained from carrying out another DFS.

Putting Bonkers out of his misery is clearly not worth the cost of carrying out another DFS by Lycopodium lol

I'm guessing that Bonkers is slabbering about me again. When the last placement was announced I knew the sp would drop below 0.55 so managed to immediately sell most of my holding and managed to average 0.57. Bought it all, plus some back for an average of 0.55. Not sure if having the common sense to mitigate the placement dilution somehow makes my thoughts on KEFI less valid? When I was briefly out of KEFI, I could easily have came on here and flipped to posting FUD and negativity, but I have a moral compass and didn't.

There is nothing wrong with traders, but I have a huge issue with traders who seem to think that KEFI is some kind of platform to influence sentiment based on nothing more than whether they are currently long or short on KEFI!

Sharezy, I called it this morning that bonkers would be along to dispute the 3moz lol.

He either doesn't understand the assay process, or more mischievously he does understand it and is intentionally trying to highlight the grey areas to spread FUD.

Nobody knows if it will be 3moz, 4moz or even more, but we do know that there is at least 1.7moz which is now economically viable to extract and process, plus a likely 1moz in the underground mine. The 2014 DFS was a feasibility study was based on 1.05moz, when the price of gold was $1,000/oz. Back then this was a bankable proposal, enough to get the project off the ground. At well over three times that Price of Gold, and dramatically different cut-off grades, re-running the calcs would likely give well over 2moz in just the open-pit mine now, never mind the under-ground mine, and all the areas were exploration is still open.

Bonkers clearly has an agenda here, and is best filtered and ignored until he is starved of the attention that he seems to need like oxygen.

Yep. Since last Oct Tulu Kapi has been a done deal, with the off-site process rolling forward since then. Tulu Kapi IS happening, the market now knows it, but until the sp starts to move upwards investors feel like they still have time to get onboard. It is great to see the off-site progress starting to turn into on-site progress, which I feel is the catalyst that is going to prompt the sp re-rate in the lead up to sign-off.

For PI investors seeking maximum gains, I feel like now is the time to invest. For traders however, they have a vested interest in seeing the sp staying low for as long as possible, while they utilise their capital in other plays during the interim weeks. Keep that in mind as you read this forum!

At one time I was advised to green-box a few posters, not for my own sake, but for the sake of everybody else who had to read the nonsense.

I didn't care about the titillation and humouring the idiots trying to spread FUD, and in fact I sometimes found it a good prompt to thoroughly research and satisfy myself that most of the nonsense was lazy fearmongering.

What I didn't realise was just how frustrating it is to everybody else, who don't want to ignore useful posters, but then have to read one side of a silly conversation.

There are a few accounts here with absolutely zero to offer, and clearly with the sole purpose of disruption and distraction. I would really encourage everybody to ignore and/or block them, but at the very least stop feeding the trolls. I know I used to be one of the biggest culprits, but I've learned how foolish it is. They don't want to be convinced, and while I worried about them spreading misinformation and fear among new investors, it is the "bites" that keep them here.

They have no intention on changing their view on KEFI, no matter what, so you're wasting your time convincing them, and by playing their game you're just keeping them interested in coming back to this forum. To debate with them is foolish, even though it is obvious that they are completely wrong.

This is a really important period in KEFI history. For the sake of intelligent discussion, I would really encourage everybody to not bite. Let those with a chip on their shoulder wallow in their own little echo-chamber until they finally give up and go pester somebody else.

upshunt, it seems like you were possibly a bit naïve when you invested. this is literally what every company does when they're pre-revenue.... pitch to investors, tell them how great it is, how profitable it is, how much of a huge return they're going to make on their money. only an idiot takes that pitch as face value though and is then surprised if they've been sold a bit of a pipe-dream.

but.... also many of those companies go on to realise that dream and make tons of profit and huge returns.

the whole point of investing is to sift through the bull**** to find those nuggets at just the right time. when you get that wrong, you need to take a look in the mirror. people pitching for investment are going to do what they do, and if you didn't realise that, them i'm afraid that's on you.

you say it's your belief that companies "shouldn't mislead people who have put a pile of cash into your company", how do you think kefi plc would have faired over the last decade if they'd came out and laid out all the risks and accurate time-frames? do you think that they'd still be around as a company to now finally get this over the line? and yes there's every chance that they're still bull-****ting the market, to keep the company afloat, and it might be another year before construction actually starts, but that's just the game that we play.

maybe it's time for all those butt-hurt individuals, with a huge chip on their shoulders, to realise that placements aren't personal, and harry has used investors to keep the kefi dream alive and get to where we now are. they can take a bit of pride in being the early investors who have gotten kefi to the starting line, and instead of complaining about how they were sold a dream perhaps they can now look forward to finally starting to see the first-fruits of their investment.

once the july rnss start to roll in, showing progress toward final sign-off, the sentiment and mood on here will change, and i can't wait!
