Lol, THG couldn't afford any stake in APN. But APN could easily afford to take a huge stake in THG with an all share offer! APN 's Management team and CEO are running rings around THG, and MM's constant moaning about whey prices is a joke as it is having zero effect on APN's business model despite APN only having about 6% of THG's annual sales.

THG could have 100% market share, but if the management are somehow pocketing or losing nearly £2 billion in sales revenue then shareholders obviously aren't seeing any returns are they? The only shareholder making any returns is the current CEO who for some reason is allowed to continually buy new shares at a huge discount to anyone else whenever he feels like it don't you think?e.g. 200,000,000 shares purchased for 32p on a CLN that was clearly not required following the Claremont Disposal!!!!!!! QATAR had 95,148,959 shares on the last TR1 6th January 2025 they still have 95,148,959 shares following Matt's smash n grab Black Friday purchase of 200,000,000 million shares on 4th Dec 2025.

Surely the TR1 reduction is due to dilution

The market seems to have something very very wrong when you have a tiny peer like APN valued at 17 x times that of THG on an equivalent Sales to valuation ratio? Okay APN reporting net profit, but their gross sales margin is almost the same as THG's at around 50%...Now that THG have separated the capital hungry Ingenuity Division then in Matt's own words, THG Nutrition and Beauty are both "Highly Profitable "... big re rate coming don't you think? £2 billion for Beauty, leaving no debt and £1.8 billion cash in the bank that's 3 times THG's valuation. That leaves Nutrition worth at least £1.5 billion, so that's a £1 special dividend for shareholders by distribution of spare cash with about £300 million still left in the bank...
