What would your interpretation of any company that States it is "HIGHLY PROFITABLE" but doesn't really make any profit? Surely then it could not pay a dividend either from any alleged free cash flow if at the same time it needed another £60million loan? Surely a clear misleading statement? JAO Adyor 🤔

Your explanation does not stack up..The company didn't say it was just about scraping EBITDA, it stated Post Demerger it was already " HIGHLY PROFITABLE" clearly false and misleading statements IMHO. Adyor!!!!

Rock if you are so clued up. Explain how the company was going to pay dividends post demerger from its "HIGHLY PROFITABLE" EBITDA then if it has losses and debts on the books? I believe the entire statement to be false? JAO Adyor!

If the Company (THG RemainCo) was "Highly Profitable" and Capable of paying dividends" in September 2024, why on earth would it need a £60 million loan from the CEO to convince the banks to give it preferential loans terms a few weeks later? 🤔 JAO Adyor

That is false..the Company stated the following in September 2024!!!!

So what you are saying is that the Company went from being "Highly Profitable" to Highly Unprofitable in a matter of weeks?

Who are you trying to kid? The company already new refinancing the loans was coming due at the time of the Demerger in September 2024, for which they raised over £100 million at 49p, mainly by the way of a subscription to institutional investors. The additional £60 million raised via a loan @32p was totally unnecessary to be done separately at such a discount. Who has it benefitted you must ask? JAO Adyor 🤔

So why didn't the company just raise the additional £60 million during the Demerger Financing at an issue price if 49p that occurredjust beforetheloan refinancing, also it had a non cire asset that it later disposed of for £102 million in cash? Thus saving the company and it shareholders a 15% dilution at a preferential rate to the CEO of 32p?

The more the merrier... 😊 Why would a company that has as stated to be " Highly Profitable, Cash Generative" and have enough cash to pay dividends need a loan to be converted into shares in the order of 15% of the total number of shares in issue? A fair question Don't you think?. Don't forget the company already issued new shares at 49p earlier as part of the Demerger? Adyor!!!!

Whey prices are a misleading statement from the CEO..APN is still increasing sales and profit despite having a tiny amount of buying power compared to THG..Also, no one ever asks the question to the CEO, but 2/3rds of THG sales are from the Beauty Division at nearly £1.2 billion compared to Nutrition sales of about £700 million..so it's all a pack of lies it seems as per the Demerger RNS.both THG Nutrition and Beauty were already "HIGHLY PROFITABLE"... Market Manipulation????? AIMHO Adyor!!!!!

It was "stated" by the CEO and Chairman that prior to the demerger of Ingenuity division that THG's Beauty and Nutrition divisions were already "HIGHLY PROFITABLE and Capable of paying dividends"...if that was not a true statement, that could very easily be interpreted as 'Market Manipulation' don't you think? JAO Adyor 🙄

Keep on ramping Anacott...you seem to have a new fan club...? Let's not forget, the only person it seems to profit from buying THG shares is the CEO who just picked up another 200,000,000 shares for 94% below the IPO price they were sold at it seems? JAO Adyor 🤔
