There is a big difference between some fireside interview with the CEO making vague promises and an official demerger document with Statements of Fact!

Oh, and bye the way, these were no just promises..the information was released as statements of Fact to the market prior to the demerger. RNS is an official communication to the market that contained factual statements of profititabilty!

Well The CEO and Chairman made an official statement to the stock market in September 2024 that stated the Company was already "Highly Profitable" so was that a lie then? I thought it was illegal for Senior Company directors etc to make totally false and misleading statements to financial markets?

One big question, where did the £90 million of the My Protein revenue end up...with Ingenuity? or the "HIGHLY PROFITABLE" THG Nutrition Division?

My Protein and My Vitamins etc etc could become super brands with these Multi-National brand tie ups with the likes of Mars, Mueller, Hyrox and others.

Difficult to put a valuation on the Nutrition Division let alone Look Fantastic and the entire Beauty Division that includes many unknown Multi-£million internal unlisted companies.. as we saw with Claremont Ingredients.JAO Adyor 🤔

I cannot believe that anyone would have a bad word to say about the wonderful CEO of THG, he is totally committed to small shareholder's interests and wouldn't dream of lining his own pockets, the man is a Saint...just look what he said about this great company and how we will all share in the huge profits in the way of lovely dividends 😳... Since when were JP Jenkins anything to do with THG Plc?.Ingenuity is a private company that has no influence or financial connection to the Public listed company known as THG PLC...!!!!! Give it a rest
