With 1.5 billion shares in issue, two trades totalling 4.2 million shares shouldn't have barely moved the SP either way.. there were more sinister actions in play on Tuesday and Friday imo...The incompetent FCA should have a look at all dealings and the SP movements, considering all comments regarding the ultra positive company update were seemingly taken as positive from many sources? It's all very sinister and smacks of possible insider dealing or illegal market manipulation, either way, Tuesday's and Fridays trading should be investigated by the incompetent FCA city watchdog Imho. This is not some highly illiquid AIM stock, entities were clearly up to no good by the look of things. JAO Adyor 🤔

Certain unamed individuals can use derivatives to push the SP lower in order to buy large amounts of cheap shares....it wouldn't be the first time it has happened just to THG would it? Do some research! JAO 🤔

Looking at the evidence, it strongly suggests a coordinated short attack from a number of entities. The way it was carried out will no doubt make it impossible for the "Incompetent/Corrupt FCA to investigate the 22 million shares traded...there is simply no way to report this on the FCA website. You need to understand how companies shares work 🙄. None of the large shareholders including MM sold any shares in December. The TR1's was as a result of the CEO convering 200 million super discounted Convertible Loan from what we already know, thus increasing the shares in issue! Read the company results and presentations. JAO Adyor 🤔

So someone buys 22 million shares at 44.74p about 1p above the ask and the SP still finished red... 🤔 🙄 😳

Well it's like this, it's hard to say really as most of the money from THG RemainCo appears to go to this other business, so it's difficult to put an exact date on dividends for THG at the moment, but watch this space! 😆 🤣 😂
