That's what happens when your Chairman and CEO are seemingly working for their own self interest rather than all other Stakeholders? The complete opposite to what was stated in the RNS announcement of a new independent Chairman and his supposed objectives? 🤔 JAO Adyor 😳

If you go back and look at the RNS appointment of the Lame Duck Chairman, it states that he was appointed to "enhance shareholder value"..Well all he seemingly has done is enhance the CEO's shareholder value... maybe he should be investigated for conspiracy to fc@k over other shareholders interests? JAO Adyor 😳

The CEO of a FTSE 250 PLC should not be providing a running commentary about the company on LinkedIn. The guy is obviously delusional egotistical charlatan that should be investigated for making decisions that are not in the interest of all shareholders other than himself from what's being said? JAO Adyor 😳

It does seem on the face of it that the CEO, Chairman and BOD are running a PLC for personal financial gain at the expense of all other shareholder's interests? This appears to be with; clever accounting, personal loans to the company and the complex demerger and contract between the company and Ingenuity? It is probably all technically legal and above board, but is this really the ethical way to run a FTSE 250 PLC? JAO Adyor!!!😳

Very good news, but who's benefitting from all this, is it just the man at the top or os there any benefit to all other shareholders? Isn't the CEO, Chairman and BOD supposed to run the company to provide shareholder's with a return on their investment, not just milk the company for person gain from what it seems?🤔 JAO Adyor! 😳

Agree just Late TR1'S from MM's £55 million smash n grab raid after walking the sP down! Would it be possible to replace our less than trustworthy man at the top with someone like Bernie Madoff as he's wasn't as good a £@# artist so it seems? It seems to be quite a clever move for THG being (maybe) the only player to keep charging VAT.. because if the VAT refund comes, THG won't be under any obligation to refund the VAT to individual consumers under legislation it seems?.. Therefore the longer that VAT keeps being charged the more money in the pot for THG.. Seeing that MM thinks everyone else has stopped charging the VAT on the affected protein powders, there will obviously be some degree of short term price differential (although MY Protein is very competitively priced according to MM), ultimately THG will recover more cash, this assumes that HMRC fail in their attempt to have the case overturned at a higher VAT tribunal? How can you have an LTIP for directors when THG shares have dropped every year since the IPO from a high of 800p down to today's 42p? A CEO that grants himself discounted Convertible Loans whilst overseeing A "HIGHLY PROFITABLE CASH GENERATIVE BUSINESS CAPABLE of PAYING DIVIDENDS" that has never declared a single penny in Profit or declared a Dividend?. It also appears that the CEO allowed these dark forces to drive the SP down so as to spin off Ingenuity for nothing and subsequently benefit from the £55 million Convertible Loan at a discounted 32p/share?...What other CEO on the FTSE 250 would have got away with that without being brought in front of the BOD and then sacked? 😳 JAO Adyor 🤔
