185p should do it, even after the demerger The Chairman and CEO stated that RemainCo (Beauty and Nutrition) was worth a lot more, seeing as they allegedly had an offer for £600 million for just the My Protein Brand, that only makes up about 38% of annual sales with Beauty accounting for the other 62% of the £1.75 billion annual sales in 2025! Adyor!

Don't expect a positive SP reaction until evidence of some large HCT's signed some time this year.... and then will the revenue come in time for 2026 accounting period? The CFO was less than convincing imho regarding the current rate of cash burn by end of 2026, considering only a 50/50 change of free cash flow in 2026 it seems? Think this will track sideways for a while? 🤔 JAO Adyor!

How does a Chairman with over 40 years of experience running some of the largest companies in the UK (in the words of our incompetent CEO) allow his petulant childish CEO to constantly rant on LinkedIn, seeing as he can't even communicate at an Analyst Meeting..!!!! Mind you, the Chairman cannot even communicate at all, maybe he should get a LinkedIn account, it would be better than his current vow of silence!!!

Maybe the Totally Incompetent CEO should learn how to communicate Shareholders Interests with the City as per THG Governance Policies rather than ranting on LinkedIn like some 5 year old child....!!!

If he hadn't deliberately sabotaged the trading update analyst call, the SP would be closer to 60p, it's nothing to do with the LSE at all. JAO Adyor 😳

The CEO, Chairman and other Independent Director don't appear to be following the Company's own Guidelines and Policies when it comes to Leadership and Governance..as states in just one of the policies...... "The Board is primarily responsible for enhancing shareholder's interests"...

So how can overseeing a 96% drop in the Share Price even meet that single policy when you consider all of the other questionable actions of the CEO? JAO Adyor 😳
