THG Nutrition and Beauty Co. =Combined annual turnover of £1.7 billion resulting in £520 million total market valuation. Do the maths on equivalent valuations..That's what happens when you have MM as CEO and Lord Lapdog as Chairman it seems?

I think most on here have come to the opinion that the Current CEO and Chairman etc run this company for their own personal gain, definitely not in the interests of all shareholders don't you think?. They seemed to have Refused to consider bids 170p stating " SignificantlyUndervalued the Company", taking Inginuity for nothing, then buying £millions shares for 46 to 49p...Surprised FCA haven't opened an investigation in these suspicious looking dealings? Imho Adyor!

Well who knows what our resident Egotistical Charlatan CEO and his lapdog get up to these days? They certainly don't have 'other' shareholder's interests at the front of they minds so it seems? JMO

Re Shabz83...well it seems from your theory that MM has scammed Jeffries and Barclays then..So Jeffries published a brokers report on Monday based on a pack of lies then if MM and MA are about to pull a stunt on the other shareholders is was your saying? Prior to today the company didn't have a CEO, they just had an egotistical charlatan pretending to be the CEO..!

I doubt the idiot acting as CEO reads anything but his own LinkedIn posts....but in case he does let's remind him that he is surely going to go down as the biggest failure in Manchester's business history. It would make more sense if the CEO and Chairman just @#£%&* off and stopped milking shareholders for £millions don't you think? Getting Ingenuity for nothing should be enough for any greedy person one would assume? 🙄

The only thing the Chairman seems to be focused on in the the three years he's been there is pocketing cheap shares whilst turning down offers of 170p..a disgrace to the job and shareholder's. JMHO

Has anyone else noticed that the Industrial scale FUD machine has been dialled back considerably since someone got their hands on 5% of THG and the Demerger got completed...? It's good to see that the City is a transparent as it has ever been...and as for the great deluded one complaining, well one does act very well it seems? JMO Adyor!

Keep an eye on the 0.50% short position...I think they have been under the radar for some considerable time and if we see a push towards 50p this position will go away unless they get very brave and try to double down like Qube did...it all depends on who is leaking information or pulling their strings don't you think? MM's are trying very hard to hold this down it seems but how many more cheap shares are out there...DE Shaw little Short game will soon be unwound one suspects..they only showed their hand just above the 0.5% threshold to scare a few weak holders it seems, but SP still rising once MA'S 5% holding got announced.. It seems Kelso unable to function now that MM and his Yoga Partner have such a large holding...cannot see the point in this company going forward don't you think?
