The Chairman of a company and oversight committee are fully responsible for watching over the acts of the CEO and the BOD on behalf of all shareholders, so the financial watchdogs and other UK corporate bodies are clearly not doing their job if the Chairman is in the pocket of those he is supposed to be holding to account one assumes?

Re FTSE 250 inclusion...Pension and Investment funds are prohibited from buying shares in companies where there is questionable fiduciary and ethical controls in place one would assume?
