41p is a result of the Ingenuity demerger manipulation. Our great deluded one and Co. was never going to pay the full price for Ingenuity despite THG having spent £ billions investing shareholder's funds into it.. Now that the manipulation phase has come to an end the SP may just re rate of its own accord as demand for it shares out weighs any selling don't you think? JMHO Adyor!

THG do not need to be sitting on £300 million cash....as far as the last update was concerned, they have zero plans to aquire any new businesses and they have been actively selling loss making units etc...I think they will slash the outstanding loans by using the £300 million cash as they stated they want to reduce debt...watch this space... JMO Adyor!

The current low SP is a result of manipulation by a group of individuals, market makers and hedge funds in order to allow Ingenuity to be demerged at an artificially low valuation don't you think? .Unfortunately in the short term it has allowed these parties to make significant financial gains etc at the expense of private investors, the hedge funds were rewarded by getting out as cheap as possible. The recent increase to a visible 0.51% by a new short was another deliberate act to scare private investors allowing those other parties to obtain further financial advantage over private investors..JMO Adyor!!!

Hopefully MA Frasers Group and others will gate crash the party, even if he has to pay 60, 70 or 80p it's still only values THG RemainCo at considerably less than 1x annual turnover. The big financial drag and capex has gone with Ingenuity. Capex slashed from £100 million down to £20 million, leases down by about 90% and staff numbers down by about 80%..potential £30 million VAT refund. Good chance of a reasonable amount of FCF this financial tax year. JMO Adyor!"

Jefferies must have been following my posts, If Warpaint are worth £600million on £100 million sales then THG Beauty must be worth 10x that on £1.1 billion sales, THG could give Nutrition away for nothing along with the Net £300 million loans... How much would Frasers have to pay for THG Beauty division in the open market with £1.1 billion in sales? Probably about £3 billion in my opinion. They could give Nutrition away for nothing pay and still be in pocket..Current valuation is looking ridiculous 🙄.

Maybe they should be kicked out then if you look at the index on solid twit has just posted..
