As for Another Appeal, not sure VAT being added to low carbohydrate health "Food" is in the public interest, seeing as it helps reduce the intake of high calorie junk foods and high sugar sports drinks, hence why the case has been upheld. Well as per earlier post, It'll be above £80 million by now one assumes, as THG's Protein product sales that are affected by the VAT is huge..the 'potential' rebate is probably increasing by at least £1 million per week maybe a lot more!!!. JAO Adyor
