The likelihood of any takeover of THG is close to zero! Why do you think Frasers stays listed on the Stock Exchange despite MA owning approximately 75% of the shares? THG may sell off some non core assets like the Claremont Ingredients sale, more likely in the Beauty Division, but with MA, MM and Qatar IV owning over 40% of the shares, there is no way THG is going to be taken over, but Just an honest opinion, so not sure why you want opinions deleted on this Police State Group chat???? There isn't going to be any takeover as mentioned already, Frasers and Ingenuity have long term supply contracts with THG, so nearly 40% of the company's shares are permanently locked down for the foreseeable. Frasers and MM won't take it private either as it is better to stay on the market in case they want to sell out later one assumes? JAO Adyor!

Both parties particularly have strategic long term ties up with THG i.e. Ingenuity and Frasers, therefore THG cannot be taken over by any company as 40% ownership by two parties effectively blocks any unwanted external interference in THG's affairs wouldn't you say. A 'concert party' in everything but name maybe, not sure how this is viewed by regulatory authorities, but there was a similar thing over at Warpaint recently in an RNS, regarding some corporate action about share buy backs and Concert Party requirements?
