Correct, they didn't take out a 0.52% short this week, they more than likely went from circa 0.49% as many others have been doing over that past 5 years, occasionally showing their hand to spook private investors, hence why MM believes circa 20% of the free float is being shorted. Anyone over 0.2% will have to show their hands in a few weeks time when the Short reporting rules change in June..which will include all shorts upto the total amount of shares being shorted vs the shares in issue. Going sub 30 again today..
