Not sure why everything is concerned, everything that gets done by MM and the BOD has always been in Shareholder's Interest as it clearly states it in the THG Corporate Governance Policy, the Board obviously believes that the 97% fall in the share price since the IPO has definitely been in Shareholder's Interests, the lack of dividends and the seemingly unwarranted share rewards to the BOD has definitely been in Shareholder's Interests, it clearly says so here!!!

There is no need to be concerned, it is all above board and the valuation anomaly or whatever accounting error there was is purely an oversight, there is definitely No conflict interest in MM being the majority shareholder and CEO of both companies, I'm sure that the Ingenuity Contract was run past the THG Leadership and Governance committee that includes the absentee Chairman..wait a minute who is also in on the Leadership and Governance Committee? JAO Adyor! 😆 🤣 😂

Not sure where this £501 million figure comes from as mentioned by someone else 🤔, but the company needs a court order to pay dividends and share buy backs because of all the legal connections and accumulated losses sitting on the demerged Ingenuity books that seemingly hasn't been accounted for correctly during the demerger?. So one assumes THG is lining up to pay dividends and reduce share capital through buy backs as many have requested. JAO Adyor.

Wonder if the the Mergers and Takeover Panel will bring this up if THG confirm any buy back of its shares, considering Frasers and MM now hold 36% of THG shares? Are they a defacto Concert Party?

It seems like it might basically be to cover up some very questionable practice re the £ZERO Valuation for the Ingenuity demerger that might result in the CEO, BOD and Chairman having to explain something they did to the FCA, other Shareholders Solicitor's and the Old Bill wouldn't you say? Not really sure but they look likely to get away with it as always, or maybe it was just an honest mistake officer? 🤔 Bit like Rayner and her Stamp Duty 'honest error' Mr HMRC? AJAO Adyor!!!!!!!!! 😊

@Davffed the only reason they made that statement seemingly was to deliberately make false representations to other investors and the market judging by their oversight that needs correcting. So long as they use the VAT refund and any upcoming cash disposal to pay off the remaining debt, buy back shares and pay a dividend then let them get on with it, although it would be nice for the BOD and CEO to get some porridge 😆 🤣 😂. So share buy back and dividends. As previously stated by the CEO and BOD.. "Post a demerger, the Group would consist of THG Beauty and THG Nutrition, two globally leading consumer businesses, which are HIGHLY PROFITABLE, cash generative and capable of paying dividends."

THG were prohibited from doing this previously because when Ingenuity was part of THG group plc you cannot paid dividends with accumulated losses on the balance sheet, so you need a court order to do so! JAO Adyor 😆
