I am wondering if the MMs approached the company due to the liquidity situation and these warrants were issued to satisfy the demand. 110m shares listed there are different prices with the exact times of the trades.

110m black trades yesterday. Fiddly to.pick out buys and sells. One trade was for 20m shares.

Crownos what's your view on there being only 800m shares in the free float? Is that correct? 3.2bn in issue but only 25% of those freely traded.

Surely at this price shares could be mopped up and volatility increase?

There's a wholly-owned subsidiary too. Last accounts filed as dormant in March 2025. Richard Edwards & Sarah Davy appointed as new directors in Feb 2025 The name alone bodes well for future possibilities which might be better pursued in a private company.

The point I made is that Hainan disputes that the JV is to pay the tax i.e. the 2nd $7.5m of the $15m. Hainan said in a press release that KOD is liable. Not the JV.

Hainan's view is that an earlier financial agreement, which precedes the JV MOU, makes KOD indirectly liable.
