Frankie the majority of warrants exist from before the new BOD & change of direction & proposed alliance with R42.

Exercising of warrants is largely beyond the control of the BOD

They can perhaps influence the way it happens e.g. a prospectus or, as we have now, a stock loan arrangement. The board recommend voting for this. They must have good reasons for facilitating the latest 400m exercise. None of the shares associated with the 110m & 400m warrants are trading yet.

I'm in a similar position to you and regard the recent drop as an opportunity to top up. I believe CapAI will be worth hundreds of millions in the near future. Half a penny may feel in hindsight like the early days of Bitcoin valuation.

I had a reply from the company which said all outstanding warrants are in the public domain. It pointed me to note 14 of the accounts which gives all outstanding warrants at that time. Then a later note in the same accounts mentions the ones issued since 30th September up to the date of the RNS.

In the circular about the GM it lists the warrants owned by Richard Edwards & close family.

86KB according to the accounts of 30th September last year there were 801 million warrants.
