@insudein have you considered investigating 1hr delayed trades. The size of these. Market size as published is 1 million. Yet MMs seem selective at delays, including trades below 1 million.

It's also noticeable that trades under 1 million are even being reported late now, and not in real time. e.g. 877k, 964k

I'm not clear what "market size 1,000,000" means.

I thought it meant any order for 1m shares was an automatic trade reported in real time. Was the case a few weeks ago but clearly always not now.

For him to say he "looked into it" and then wrote R4 instead of R42 speaks volumes.

Yes PananaBob I do get the feeling it is only hundreds at present. There is very little discussion out there on CapAI. This LSE forum, something much smaller on ADVFN, the Reddit group setup by Crownos. I cannot find anything else significant online.

What this means is there is huge potential from hundreds of thousands of private investors who have not yet picked up on the potential of this share. Not picked it out as special compared to other tech/AI/penny shares.

Every day the momentum picks up, but when the R42 news hits, coupled with wider awareness through the media, then the results could be phenomenal. 2.4 billion shares in the free float in June won't go far at this price.

Imagine just 120 private investors trying to buy 10 million shares each. That's demand for half the free float.

Or 10 institutions wanting to invest £1m each.

The current price won't hold for long. I can easily see 10p to 20p in the short term.

The warrants could prove crucial to helping maintain stability in the market. Indeed without them we could be hit with NTs, auctions, share suspensions....and ultimately a prospectus for a bigger placement.

Whereas the BOD said dilution will be avoided unless absolutely necessary, it may become necessary if the existing 2billion shares in the free float become too tightly held by the pioneer private investors.

At Fridays closing price they are collectively worth a paltry £14.3m which is nothing once institutional investors start sniffing around.

All bodes well for a massive increase in the share price once news hits, but to take this to £1 & beyond is going to take nuanced intervention IMHO DYOR GLA
