I'd say 0.53 is the next level. This happens to be the density of the lightest metal, lithium and only the start of an amazing journey 📈🌻💥

With only 2 billion shares in the free float the 400m won't even be enough for liquidity as the shares go to increasingly sticky hands.

This will eventually go to a prospectus IMHO - for another load of warrants. Possibly with a discounted offer to existing shareholders. All timed with the RNS.

Chance was there at 0.3p to buy a few days ago

We are at the very early pioneer stage of AI. In 10 years this company could easily be worth tens of billions. And the original AI Pioneer Dr Nag on the BOD with 125m shares.

Even at £3bn to £4bn mcap with a £1 share price your stake will be £3m

In Richard Edward's letter to me he said the BOD was involved in managing the process of exercising these 400m warrants in the best interests of all shareholders and the company. He said the company has been in dialogue with the warrant holders during the process.

It seems to me they chose to do it this way and get them to the market more quickly than would have been the case has they chosen to issue a prospects.

This process requires a shareholder vote , but the BOD recommends voting in favour.

All seems good to me. And fair considering all factors.

And the stickiness may well apply to Mr Crucefix because despite all the sells we have seen over the last 3 weeks there was no tr1 meaning he must have somewhere between 160m and 200m - or more if he's been buying 🚀

That's true about the deal announcement @Jetaim but the legal agreement heads of terms could be drawn up, future dated for signing, with negotiations still going on. That way it could be timed to coincide with another significant event.

Discussions could be going on with some of the companies being incubated by R42.

Small details like waiting for patents could delay it.

I still hope for this month but trust the BOD to max the deal and media impact.
