The BOD were involved in the exercise of these warrants, the loan instrument (subject to GM vote), timing, and they will give much needed liquidity when the RNS hits.

7am RNS on 9 June would be timely release of details of the R42-CaAI Alliance.

And I wouldn't be surprised if there were further warrants exercised in this period. Especially if 400m isn't enough to give liquidity and stability.

Hundreds of millions of shares could now already be in sticky LTH hands. Even if 1billion warrants were exercised, that's only £6.8m at yesterday's closing share price. Peanuts for any institutional investor acting on the RNS of a company which could soon be worth billions. They'd be mopped up and there'd still be a shortage of shares.

The concept of the Unicorn and how AI removes so many obstacles, not least time, to get to a profitable company.

That plus the Professor's track record.

For me at this stage it's enough to focus on that until details of the specifics arrive.

Significant volatility this morning.

Bob a revolution is due. The chip production market is approaching 1 trillion dollars. Climate pollution from the ever increasing usage of energy to run these servers so humanity can, for example, take and keep billions of pictures and store them in its extended memory in undersea-cooled storage. Bonkers!

AI could find another way. An end to technology as we know it. The Professor is saying the cost of chips is ripe for revolution. The Unicorns will rise us with AI and find another way.

When the canals were built in the UK in the 18th century, nobody envisaged that bubble would burst because of an idea: steam-powered railways.

I think the Professor sees a revolution. The boom.

The bust will be the way technology operates now with it's heavy reliance on computer chips and add-ons.

Quantum chips or whatever.

It only takes one rebel.

Hero of Alexandria is credited with inventing steam power in 1st Century AD. But it was 1700 years later that James Watt revolutionised the steam engine.

Now we are looking at days and weeks for Unicorns to emerge. The rise of the rebels.

Think of just one example of change. How long it took to create a complex image using Photoshop. Billions of dollars paying graphic artists to churn out designs using this software. Now AI can create any image your imagination tells it to. In seconds (and that "delay" is due to chip and network limitations)

In yesterday's Zoom conference the Professor twice tried to prompt discussion on chips. Saying that the cost of production must be exceeded by the revenue (profits?) of the businesses buying them. To me he was strongly hinting that a tech revolution is coming. A disruptor with an alternative to chips. To take on Nvidia, Intel, ARM and the likes. These ever mounting costs could be a bubble to burst. Boom!

This could massively lower the cost of production of whatever comes next with AI.

It (the alternative to chips) may be created by AI itself. The rebel within. Something we cannot yet envisage. Maybe the professor knows something we don't.

R42, from Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, is the answer to life, the universe, to everything. The unknown. Seeking deep meaning through complex systems. Radical. Reason. Research. Ronjon. Rebel.

The eloquent professor also talked about team size.

How the big tech companies incubated and developed their ideas with small teams of 15, 25,50 and took years.

Giving vibecoding app creation as an example of a tool that could help develop an idea much faster, he explained how a Unicorn can get a concept to market in weeks.

The Prof also made it clear, when the obstacle of taking on the likes of the behemoth Nvidia was raised, that he believes "there will always be rebels"

So optimistic.

He also explained in layman's terms how you can now create an app simply by giving your instructions in English. No programming code necessary for the creator. Used to take weeks or months to develop apps. Now 10 minutes. This is revolutionary.

I don't see it as significant. It will be determined by demand for shares, which will become increasingly tightly held. The fact it's £21m today and under £10m 1 week ago bears no relation to any news or change in company prospects.

It could just as easily be £100m at 3p/share

There's only 2billion shares to go around, and still possible for private investors to pick up millions.

Zero risk of what? Losing your £32k?

I doubt it very much - for example if the RNS said Cpai & R42 hadn't been able to reach agreement after all. The risk would only be zero if selling didn't occur en masse!

Close to zero risk of losing your original stake I agree, which could be 5,000,000 shares at 0.02p = £1000
