Thanks KoolKat. We can only at best have a feeling about this looking at trades reported. Some big sells may be private investors cutting their losses after buying in above .7 or .8 in the post RNS feeding frenzy

As others have said, 9th June relates to Richard Edwards' Equivalent shares, being returned to him after he loaned 400m to the warrant holders around 28 to 30 May.

So since 30th May there has been regular big selling. Orten at low suppressed prices. Many as multiples of millions. Over 200m as black trades late reported.

The volume appears to be dropping off. I get the feeling we are well inside the last 100m . I'm looking at topping up today now it's gone down to .40 to sell which is still giving warrant holders 1000% profit.

Well the approximate gap of 13m more buys than sells today , based on live trades published via the algorithm method, yet the share price drops 12% , would suggest to me another 20m to 25m sell was worked in today, which may not be reported until after market close tomorrow👾🥴

Mopped up by the hundreds of small buys yesterday, where otherwise buys exceed sells by millions.

Good morning Jam. No RNS will be issued as there is no knowing when warrant holders have sold any or all their shares.

Even if they were known to the BOD and voluntarily notified them they had sold, there is no way the BOD can confirm this publicly in an RNS.

A share issue is more likely than a consolidation IMHO.

New shares for subscription to raise funds to incubate potential unicorns. Possibly a year or more away. When the mcap is £500m+

Existing shareholders would offered priority & discounted subscription in proportion to their holding. Institutional investors get a chance to make a significant investment. Could be combined with exercise of warrants - a way of getting those warrants to market in a more controlled positive way.

It seems warrant shares still coming to market, albeit at lower daily volume. The suppression gives a great opportunity to buy. I'm sure folk will look back at ha'penny days of CapAI like the Crypto Hindsighters.

Jenny the 2 today look like buys. And around that time it was NT to buy. Coupled with no big sells in your list from today (unless they get reported on Monday) it looks like they were short of stock to me. Sellers/warrants drying up. Omens well for a significant rise.

NT to buy on AJ Bell again. Even a small order.
