Good evening.Very rearly I post at night but tonight have been reading some posts on lgo and sar and here I see yours.You could be right and we may see this tomorrow morning.I shall be buying more of these shares here with lgo and/or sar money later as I belive copper is almost as valuable as is gold,certainly more useful.CAML will be dealing it seems in mega-tons in due course.Quite estonishing.Because of sudden riches the dividend is so generous and they are promissing to maitain it as such providing they have three times cover.It all looks very exciting to me and many other investors.GL to you mate.Stach.

You are making a very valid point that shft is alive and kicking,bidding for significant new contracts and far from doom and gloom that some shareholders were predicting after stupid EC court threats.Many have sold out(unnecessarily) at a loss through shear panic.SHFT has a very rare expertise in laying deepest of mine shafts in the World and hence is in demand,especially in new ventures such as sirius is planing.I think they could win this contract and it is a big one indeed.I hold this share in my ISAand short term drops or rises do not worry me.With next years allowance I shall buy more here.GL to you in your ventures too.Stach.

Hi and ATB in 2013.That is a good find re Sirius.I hope SHFT does get this contract.They are one of the best for really dep mining.I used to be invested in Sirius and might return there as the scope is great longer term.SHFT share price will shoot backto 70p+ if they get this contract.Stach.

...to You All.I have not posted much on here for some time as not much was happening regarding this share.I notice with interest wazooba's post at 12:32 pm regarding as he says "words of comfort" on early settlement of their litigation issue.I wonder what the words of comfort were spoken or written.They could be words of comfort to me here and dare I say, many others.Could we know what they are? Not much disccussion here yet the share is excellent long term.Have been in a saving scheme for over 15yrs.Not for the faint -hearted as sometimes drops dramatically but cost/pound averageing through regular contributions gives terrific results over the years.Far better results than keeping money in the bank.Stach.

I hope you have had a peaceful and healthy Christmas.I see this share is making us money and the dividend is beckoning too.I was hopeing that sar will deliver by now so I could put a good chunk of money here but it did not materialize.This is a good share to hold with good prospects for 2013.I hope that 2013 will be prosperous one for you.ATB-Stach.

Hi there,I hope you are right that from April we could sell and buy this share into an ISA.For me it would save 28% in tax! Your post from Sunday at 09:35, is quite valuable as it gives us an insight re costs associated with selling a finished product.Sometimes this sort of detail is difficult to find with some shares.The CEO seems to be an honest bloke,which is refreshing.As I stated I shall buy some very shortly indeed.Regards-Stach.

Having seen what The Mail said about this share and then read my brokers notes I have bought this morning here 400k at 105p/share.The dividends are quite astonishing for such a small firm and so are the results in 2012.Copper seems to be a rare commodity this days and the situation will not likely to improve in comming years.Its a pity you can not put this share in an ISA.I shall be buying more when lgo and sar shoot up.Stach.

Hello mate, hope you are OK. We shall be climbing back much faster when we get the legal news,which should be with us sometime after the New Year.Usually it takes 3-6 months to prepare the paperwork for the courts.I am convinced that shft will get their money from EC rather than other way round.Stach.

Hello, I did say in my message to Peace that I do not know how the original contract with EC was worded and this is important but having seen how big mining conglomerates are treating shft(as nothing happened) it also gives me confidence to say that all will be fine eventually and that at today's prices it is a "strong buy".Regards-Stach.

Hi my Friend, I hope you are well and your shares are doing well for you.Yes,we are long-termers here and providing the dividends are paid on a regular basis ,we should have no worries.The expertise of SHFT engineers is second to none and there are about seven such firms in the world that can lay such deep mining shafts as shft does.You can imaging how much in demand they are.At the begining of new ISA financial year(April) I shall invest my full allowance into this share again all being well.BW-Stach.

...A slow but steady climb back in share price.For those,who are unaware,shft encountered totally unexpected terrain(geological) difficulties whilst building a deep mining shaft for EuroChem and asked for more money as it would take more time and money to complete that work.EuroChem refused to pay so shft stopped working and hence the dispute.I do not know how the original contract was worded and that is very important.However EuroChem had to pay milestone fees at various stages of the shaft building and they owe money to shft for that as well but refused to pay so far.This is how I understand the matter.However to ask shft for damages of $800m,which is about 7 times higher sum than the whole of shft is worth is plain ridiculous and will be thrown out of courts(two different courts as well!) imo.People in the know ie massive mining firms like AngloGold,Lonmin etc are still requesting new work to be done by SHFT so there is no way that shft is going to fold down on a spurious claim.I think that it dawned on people this and they are buying the shares again as at the current prices its an absolute bargain.Stach.

Hi mate,I hope you are well.Indeed we did not chat for a while as you now know why,from my post to Karlos.If you have any spare money move on quickly to sar and then to lgo.The most important news in 8 years for sar may come next Monday(the 3rd of Dec.) and for lgo in a month or so.Could make a killing on both.However do not borrow to invest.You are right about SHFT as it is a long term investment and as long as there is consistent dividend payed year on year we shall do well.They are getting more and more work contracts awarded on the strength of their excellent expertise and such large conglomerates like Ashanti or Vedanta are not a bit worried about silly claims from EuroChem.Therfore why should we be worried as investors?We soon be trading close to a £/share again when few more Contracts are signed.Sorry to reply late but only just returned from Yorkshire.ATB my Friend-Stach.

Hello there. You must have been reading my post on lgo today.How right you are,it would not go a miss if some of our directors here put in as much of their own money into shft.Still we can not complain to much as I think we also have excellent BoD here.I have not posted much anywhere untill today being preoccupied with domestic matters but have noticed a steady return of our share price day on day now.The share went down unjustly as people panicked by a silly claim from EuroChem not realizing how stupid the claim is ie the ammount claimed being 10xthe value of shft in its totality! If you are sueing someone you are not going to ask for the ammount 10 times higher than the individuals' whole worth! This will just be loughed out of court and yet it is exactly what EuroChem are doing.It is just a smokescreen in order to deflect SHFT's rightful claim,which they knew was comming their way-for money owed to SHFT.We soon might hear more about that.All in all we are moving up and quite rightlyso.ATB-Stach.
