Yes,some brokers forecast £1.70+ by the close of this financial year for SHFT.I shall be happy with £1.40p+/share.This is a terrific Company with great technical experience as well as sound Management.This is why I am keeping this share in my ISA long term.ATB-Stach.

Share price 59-61p live. This should start moving upwards after the 5th of October as there will be some reinvestment of the dividend.Also we may hear re latest Contract's details.I am looking forward to a£1.40p+ by Christmas time.Stach.

Hi my friend, I am OK but not posting very much at present being preoccupied with family matters.I am in the SHFT for a few years from now on and therfore not to much bothered re some fluctuations in share price.As long as dividend is secured(and not reduced),I shall continue to hold.What many people do not realize that there is a lot of money to come to the Company from already won contracts.It takes up to 7-8 years to complete some of the contracts and money is paid on reaching certain phases right till the completion of the project.SHFT usually gets 10% up front from the total negotiated price of each contract thus allowing them to purchase the necessary machinery and subcontract workers for the project.Therfore as the projects are progressing there is a steady inflow of cash to the Company,giving it a stability as well as the security.It is a very well run Company with very few competitors of that magnitude.There are very few such firms in the World being able to lay shafts 4000m below surface atm.I am confident in their future and so are brokers.ATB.sTACH.

Not long to go before 5th of October arrives and there will be a lots of buys as the dividend is being reinvested.I am sure that there are many more investors like me,who do just that.It will give share a rise,which is much needed atm.Also we should get another rns shortly re Lonming re-negotiated Contract.Minning Companies will be on a rise again as QE is continueing throughout Western World.Stach.

You are incorrect,read half-yearly report,all is expressed in GBP(£).I cite "order book GBP 347.9mln" ; "Strong and diversified pipeline of over GBP1.1bn"(Tenders).Are you doubting that they are not going to to get it?Listen to his video interview.The Tenders rns is referring to are above the current Order Books.This is why I have made a point re such a small market cap and SHFT being so undervalued.Stach.

I did not have much time yesterday to post much.Having looked at their last rns and at market cap of £36m made me smile.Just 10% of a payment from Hindustan Zinc will be probably bigger than the whole of this cap.How grossly undervalued the Company is atm.Now another Contract with major players in World mining is won and soon we shall know more details about it.The dividend is covered up to three times hence secure for the whole year and I belive the final will be increased to above 5p/share.According to some brokers there are less than a dozen such Companies in the World with the expertise of really deep shafts laying.This is why they are confident to have a £1.1bn of contracts under their belt.I shall invest more when sar delivers my profits.Stach.

Good Morning.As it happens I saw my accountant yesterday evening and she said that indeed that what is a normal process what you describe.Therfore we do not need to do any reports re tax in an ISA.All sorted now.Lets enjoy a tremendous recovery of this share from now on,back to £1.45p where they were a year ago.ATB-Stach.

If you are tax payer you need to declare your divi for the year and they are charged at 10% even for 40+%.I do that every year via my accountant and she is excellent.Thanks for the posting though.Stach.

You are quite right doing so.Should sar deliver good profit for me(soon) I shall invest more here but outside my ISA as I have reached the limit already.However I shall transfer these shares into a new ISA after 5th of April all being well.ATB-Stach.

Hi, I have been always impressed with FTSE in particular,how it spectacularly rises each year by Dec/Jan and stabilizes at a higher level right till May.Then it struggles over the summer and picks up from end of September again.Small Caps very much follow the course.There is an adage saying "sell in May and come back on the St Ledger's Day".But you probably know all that.For us in shft, as it happens, their financial year is end of December and half year in June and I would always(almost) would expect better figures for the whole year than in a first half.Even CEO has alluded to it in his video interview.Keep faith in this share mate.You cant' get a better value for the price atm anwhere.Stach.

The time is ticking over and getting us to the payment day of our divi. on the 5th of October.Than after 11 weeks Annual Report with figures for the whole year will be submitted for the scrutiny.The shares usually do well at the end of calendar year and in Q1 of the following year in general.I expect us to trade here at £1.40+/share by then.Another rns or two may come our way re Contracts won in the meantime.GLA-Stach.

I agree with you.It has been oversold for no good reason.I am very comfortable with this share and shall be patiently waiting till it gets to £1.60-1.70 range when I might just take some profit.Stach.
