Hi Fellows, I am not a born optimist but more a realist. You have to look logically at things and beyond hype and despair. When you do that with SHFT, you will see that nothing has changed. It is still one of the best engineering mining companies in the World, diversified throughout the World and not just in SA and winning long-term contracts all the time as they are the best in putting down the deepest mining shafts.Therfore I am confident that once the courts see their evidence backed up by expertise second to none,EuroChem will lose the case or withdraw it.They are trying to wriggle out of extra payments owed to SHFT and knowing that SHFT was going to sue them ,issued a writ about delayed loss of production of potash and an apparent $800m loss.To me you can not get that potash untill you have build an access to it but if there are suddenly unexpected terrain problems you have to overcome them first and this is what SHFT reported to EuroChem and demanded more money to cover this additional unexpected problems. When EuroChem said no-SHFT pulled out.So you can see that the delay was a self inflicted by EuroChem. They though still have to pay for the three quaters of finished work on the shafts by SHFT and this is what SHFT is trying to recup via court case. Not being a lawyer I can easily see who is right here and I am sure it is not EuroChem! Stach.
