It is interesting to note that Booked Orders for SHFT's work as of now stand at £401m whilst their market cap is just over £42m.Dividend is 13%/year,which just shows confidence in new Orders to come.However even on the current Orders the share price should be close to £2/share.Tremendous potential here as they are bidding for another $1bn of contracts and with the SHFT's worldwide reputation they will most likely be the winners.Stach.

Good Morning to you and All.Thanks for your kind words.You are quite right about huge £1bn Conracts or rather Tenders for them that CRND can participate in winning them.It is on that basis that several brokers value this share eventually at £1.70p+/share at the end of the year.The first payment from Hindustan Zinc contract should be with CRND any time now and on that RNS I expect the share returning to £1/share price especially when combined with the announcement of second Dividend.I shall invest more in this Company if SAR or VAL deliver shortly.BW-Stach.

Hi buddy and sorry for late reply but just came back from visiting my wife in the hospital.Will be much easier when she comes home this Thursday, all being well.I hope you are OK yourself.We have maintained the gains today and I am expecting big leap upward on the RNS.As my shares here are in an ISA, considerable gains will be tax free,which would be nice.Not long to wait now.Stach.

A very quiet BB here but should be getting more activity as the news re firs payment from Hindustan Zinc arrives any time now and might govern the size of second Dividend,which also should be announced shortly.Stach.

Thank you again.Just came back from visiting her,hopeing will be home begining of next week.SHFT looks to me like a great Company,with right ideas how to keep the investors on board.I would have thought that we shall be informed re second dividend just prior to that meetting.Nice to see a steady gain each day over the last few days.I hope it will continue right to £1+.That sort of rise tends to keep the speculators /day traders at bay.ATB-Stach.

Thanks.Bert.L put me up into buying this share and thanks to him a nice dividend came my way and another will probably come in September with ex divi date sometimes in August,which is only few weeks away.Yes,SHFT has a tremendous reputation between biggest miners in the world such as BHP Billitton,Anglo-American etc.etc.I think that that sort of reputation won them this massive Contract in Hindustan-India.Stach.

Hi and thanks for replying.Yes,that was correct as you say last year but I am just wondering if SHFT will stick to it by making a repetitive annual event or not.Makes sense in announcing divi with AGM statement,which could be in August as you say too.With big Contracts won they certainly should be able to maintain the dividend.That was one of the reasons that I bought this share into my ISA.By the way the dividends within ISA are also taxable but only at 10% but capital gains int the share price after reinvesting the divi are tax-free.SHFT seems to me a very good share long term as well since they are talking about many more Contracts where BoD think they will win them.ATB-Stach.

A very decent buy this morning of almost £10k.I wish I could do the same.Soon the ex divi date will be announced and first payment from Hindustan Zinc.This will shift the share price substantially again.I shall miss out because lack of funds atm.Stach.

Iam convinced that share price will move North again on: firstly when they get first instalment from Hindustan Zinc of India and secondly when the second ex-divident date is announced.A great oportunity to buy now as the share price was just over 100p few weeks ago and it will happen again.Stach.

Hi M8, yes I was told that the reinvested shares will be bought tonight by the close of business.Sometimes it may take up to 10 days,therfore I have changed to "hold in cash" as this option allows you to reinvest were you wish to and at what time suiting you.They charge 2% for reinvestment up to a max of £11.95p.Therfore there is not much difference in fees and you will have your freedom to do what you wish with cash divi even send it to your bank.

SeorKarlos,yes a tremendous goal for Poland,also the team played well against well organised Russians.I still have no divident paid into my ISA account fro shft,am going to phone Halifax again this morning.Let you All know the outcome.The investigation into the accident should not take long and share will recover quickly.I want to reinvest my divi asap as price/share is so low now but not for long.CHEQUAMATE, yes sometimes Brokers overhype the predicted share price but here bare in mind that within last 12 months the shft share price ranged between 39.5p-180.5p/share.Now with a massive Contract in India all is possible again.Stach.
