Do not worry ,I have been with LGO many years and lost a small fortune under Ritson.Still had a lot of shares when Mr Koot took over.I know all his presentations and intentions regarding developments.I just have not posted here for some time till now.The share price is a joke atm with 1000 boo/d we should be well over 5p/share especially so as we do not have billions of shares as some other similar companies.MMs are to blame for this,there is no logic in their actions.They do as it suits them.What the hell are we putting up with that lot in 21st Century? Good morning.You are spot on,that RNS ruined many of us and The Company.They have struggled to raise money ever since.They have blamed Nomad long after and eventually sacked it.Initially though Valirx defended Nomad and the action.How stupid can you get?Why the hell are on the Market?If the share is in great demand-the price will rise.They did not say that there was no reason for a falling share price. As regarding the present,we should get some update on VAL-201's progres this quarter.The quality of future RNSs must improve as almost all previous ones were like being written by the Parrot !Stach

Hello.As you probably know that until now we have got no detailed information from ALL of their RNSs regarding statistics for VAL-201.Because of this I can not be dogmatic on the outcomes.The only repetitive thing has been stated that the safety of the drug,even in the higher dosage has not caused adverse side effects and that the PSA levels have been dropping and possibly are dose dependant.Again no figures ever given.All other drug discovery companies usually give such figures in their RNSs.This is so irritating to me and all other professionals like myself.If they are giving such info to the Companies that they are in so called "discussions" but not to their shareholders,it is bad.Furthermore there are no published figures in The Clinical Trials Registry either.This prevents anybody making any conclusions.There supposed to be an annual report to The Trials and that is norm available to the public too.So you can see that all this rubbish spouted here has no basis.I am patiently waiting for proper report/RNS with figures.Stach

Hi woody.The lack of patient numbers is not just a bargaining issue for the big pharmas,it is the risk of pouring money into unknown.No BoDs of such Companies would agree to jump into it.We are talking here about millions of dollars.They have not jumped into it yet and now for some very long time.As you know,no named bidder(s) have ever been announced.Stach

Hello.To be honest,the Clinical Trial on Val-401 was a tiny one with number of valid patients in single figures and in addition was conducted in Georgia's Capital's hospital only and that is the problem again - to few patients.Extraordinary statistics required to show any significance in order to satisfy big pharmas.If it was done in big Centres in Europe or in the USA statistics would be no problem.You can really not predict the price that any interested pharma would offer for our drug and even more difficult to predict the resulting share price here.As to the Val-201 imo,we should be having the share price now(fallowing the dilutions after consolidation) similar to ScanCell's ie around 7p/share.Val's- 201 Trial is a far more up to date,EU/USA standard,which has been ongoing for almost three years and without any safety concerns.We just need a few more patient's data,which I believe will be positive.I hope this helps you.ATB - Stach

Hi there.Valirx has the problem with very low number of patients on their two trials because these patients come from fairly small centres and hence the statistical values can not be obtained in order to satisfy big pharmas to buy the drugs.I did suggest to the directors this before submitting VAL-201 for Clinical Trials to MHRA but it was not taken.In a long span required for a single Centre to get valid statistical data it costs more and any changes as to the dosing also take longer to detect,which in turn causes further extensions and associated costs.This is exactly what has happened here.We have had to endure several fund raising with dropping share price each time.We should have raised big 6-8 mlllion pounds when the share price was around 70p,which would have covered a multicentre stage1/2 trial with ease.It would all have finished long ago.Stach

Personally I am very pleased that China and Russia have granted Patents for Val-301.Initially only endometriosis was considered to be a worthwhile development but having gathered much more (now) clinical data on Val-201,BPH is also included in the remit of the Patent.We know that the PSA is dropping under the influence of Val-201 quite nicely(and is dose dependant),Va-l301 could indeed be sped up into Clinical Trial.The Chinese are not going to mess about and might just undertake to perform it.With the massive male population(and aging),BPH is a big problem.I agree with many of you that the share price is a joke and has been now for years like that.With better financial backing the current Clinical Trial for Val-201 would have been completed years ago,all it needed was to be a MULTICENTRE rather than just one department at UCH in London.Stach

The shareholders deserve an important statement that work at Brockham is continuing as normal.Where are these workers? The site seems to have one or two men on it.Are we paying their wages to all the crew or just keep site on maintenance? These sort of things go through the minds of disenchanted shareholders whilst their investments are dwindling.The Board has the responsibility to inform/reassure us here with decent description of what actually the state we are at this moment after such a major upheaval at the top of The Company.Stach

I do not believe for a moment that he was a total liar as some are painting him here.He certainly overestimated the speed with which he could get the oil flow from Brockham "before Christmas" but what he did not realize that there was a process ongoing on uprooting him from the BoDs,with the aid of people within his own colleagues.Once he got to know this and being still in power,HE decided to suspend all works over the Christmas and the New Year period,trying to sort the mess out.It was that that RNS alluded to it at the end.I thought that there will be no GM but for a different reason! However Mr Vonk did lose the battle and his plan to postpone the real works on the Well,backfired on him and us the shareholders in a spectacular way.I do think that he knew that the oil will flow and was genuinely excited about it.The new people now on Board also knew! Do not worry,oil will flow very soon.Stach

The next RNS will read " Since the two Individuals put forward by Mr Tidswell ,after due dilligence has been completed,have been considered unsuitable for the job and the GM as of now has been cancelled".LOL - Stach

They are still conducting "due dilligence" on those two stooges of Tidswell.It may be that they are being considered by the Nomads totally unsuitable for the job,so there maybe no need for the GM.Stach

The cheek of Tidswell-Pretorious trying to get his two pals on BoDs,having resigned himself last July deserves some condemnation.He could not stomach not being able to rule the others .His ego is more important to him than the Company.What a time to create a mayhem? The credentials of the proposed individuals also does not inspire confidence.Respectful Chairmen walk out quiet and with dignity and do not annhilate their previous shareholders,who paid their salaries.What a world we are living in today!
