Good for you Paul, you all deserve answers. All you really know so far, is that 95,000,000 shares(£1m) have been given to an associate/friend. Before the ‘acquisition’ they had enough money to see them through until the end of the year. Now they have these grand plans, and additional costs. I hope they do have a master plan though, and it’s not something more shady.
Hi Windows! I hope you’re ok, and enjoying the lovely weather. I’m still hanging about, but relived to be out of Cellular Goods. I’ve been chilling over at that other cbd shop! 😊
I hope you all enjoy a sunny bank holiday weekend, and get some good news next week. I wonder what they’ve got planned for the end of June!
Btw. Alexis Abraham’s upcoming venture is interesting - “A new fintech focussed on addressing climate change. Watch this space...”
“Thank you for your email, my name is Derrick and great to e-meet. Please accept my apologies for the delayed reply as I must have missed your email while I was travelling. I am an advisor to King Tide.
It is always a pleasure to speak with likeminded people who care about the future of our planet. At King Tide, we are addressing climate change by using kelp to sequester and remove carbon dioxide from our atmosphere. As a result of this novel work that we are doing which sequesters carbon permanently (>10,000 years), the cost tends to be higher, which translates to higher carbon credit prices. At the moment, we are working directly with larger corporations who will offtake our future carbon volumes so don't have any immediate spot volumes of carbon removal credits (CDR) available for purchase. I'd be interested in getting to know a bit more of your business to see how we could help.
In addition to these longer term CDR credits, would you be interested in purchasing carbon credits from high quality avoided deforestation/afforestation projects to offset your emissions? These projects, while not necessarily able to guarantee 10,000 years of carbon sequestration, still have many carbon benefits but also many environmental and biodiversity benefits in protecting our precious natural ecosystems, rainforests and jungles.
If so, I would refer you to Wealthgreen (not related to King Tide), an app that my team is launching in September which enables anyone to buy, sell and invest in high quality carbon credits. This app enables smaller businesses and retail consumers to take part in carbon assets. All of the details will be released publicly at the end of this month and I will have an exclusive beta launch in August which I'd be happy to invite you to join if you are interested
Thanks!
Derrick”
Hi Paul. After sending a second email to King Tide, i finally got a response from Derrick (the advisor). He did apologise for the late response, and said he missed my email as he has been away travelling.
He was keen to promote his non King Tide related Wealthgreen trading app.
As directed to on the website, I emailed King Tide for more information (not as an investor in Cellular Goods).
The email was sent on the 9th May. I will let you know when it has been acknowledged.
Thank you Paul. I’ll go and find him now 😊
Hi Paul. What’s the Wealthgreen platform?
In US vape store ....

You know me Freddie! ;)
Scothom - I am daft for selling now, I should have sold at the beginning of last year. Happy to be out though, and who knows, I might buy back in again. All eyes on King Tide and associates ;)
I didn’t mean to imply a collaboration with Charlotte Tilbury, I was just pointing out a site wide offer.
Anyway. I’ve sold the last of my CBX, so It will probably soar for you all now ;) I’m happy enough with what I got out though, and have other uses for my cash that I believe will be more beneficial to me.
A sincere good luck to you all :)
If anyone is unaware of the numerous tight knitted connections, here’s an article I saved a year or so ago. Of course I didn’t pay too much attention to Darcy Taylor and Mathew Lodge at that time. It’s long, but worth reading to the end -
https://riverotter.co.uk/2021/07/06/blue-star-capital-shining-brightly/
I don’t know if this has been discussed already, but King Tide’s Mathew Lodge is an associate of several of Cellular Goods ex and current shareholders. Including Jonathan Bixby and Mike Edwards (Durban), Paniolo Ventures etc.
Mathew Lodge is Co-Founder/Co-CEO of Dynasty Esports, which Bixby and Edwards are founding board members of, with Bluestar Capital holding approx 13 percent of shares issued. King Tide and Dynasty Esports are both registered at the same business address. There are other smaller business connections, including Diemens Esports.
I’m obviously not suggesting anything untoward with this. However, due to King Tide only being a couple of months old, and the previous dealings with these players, I think the connections are worth mentioning. Mr Lodge’s 95M shares are currently worth £1.2M. He must be thrilled!
Darcy’s P10NEER Media/Dynasty Esports licensing deal is interesting.
* Could be directed
The products look good on Sephora, there are 10 of them. When they’re available to purchase, there is a free gift from Charlotte Tilbury with every purchase. Customers are directed from the home page to all products that include the free gift.
Also, when you click on the main menu and then skincare event, there is a ‘New In’ section, and a ‘Trending’ section. It would be great to have the products featured in both of these. So that’s three ways that unaware customers will be directed to CG’s products :)
This is interesting, I came across it on Sephora’s website, and it’s something CG could do to possibly find some additional outlets. Sephora has partnered with RangeMe.
“RangeMe is a product discovery platform used by retail buyers to source new products for their retail stores. Suppliers can create free product profiles that detail all the key information buyers need to know when considering your product …. RangeMe is an online platform that enables retail buyers to efficiently discover and purchase innovative and emerging products while empowering”

I really like that straight away the Sephora page has the big banner “science matters.... shop now”. I would definitely click on that! People are going to stumble upon CG who have never heard of it before, and maybe never even considered CBD/CBG before. It would be great if CG could be featured on the ‘read the edit’.
