I completely agree with you Latino. I just think Roland is a few steps ahead unfortunately.

I'm not deramping as you put it. I have held syn for a long time, since when they were oilex. I have followed everything. I know Roland is trying to pull a fast one. Imo, he will succeed unfortunately, which is why I sold. It is not oversold and anyone buying now is just taking a punt. I'm sorry, it's an awful situation. I feel all the long term holders. Roland has done this on purpose. He is not incompetent as he makes out. There is absolutely no way I would hold these shares if it goes private. However, that's the only option he's giving you. You can't win either way. I havent won by selling out but at least I have salvaged something and learned more valuable lessons about the cesspit that is AIM.

The assets of ppp are obviously worth something otherwise why is everyone working for free. Why does petroquest want 50% of us licenses for 4 mill. Why is RMD lending us money and putting up with all this uncertainty?

You need to check this with Roland :

Cambay is the main asset, then selling it might trigger AIM Rule 15, which means:

• The company becomes a cash shell.

• They have 6 months to do a reverse takeover (RTO) / acquisition.

• If they fail, they must suspend trading.

• If they still fail to complete a deal, they may delist.

Is the plan to vote for the sale but not the delisting? How can syn meet AIM listing criteria if they sell cambay? How long realistically do you think this will all take, probably longer than 6 months so AIM might delist syn anyway. You need to look into this. Roland has a plan.

Doesn't change much though... It will be a race to the bottom straight after the vote results if the delist is approved. If its not approved, then what will happen? will have to wait for cambay sale to be approved by government of India and there is no money in the interim?

Who is going to buy now, knowing the company want to delist on 6th Jan, before shareholders see any money from the sale of cambay. It's a massive risk unless just taking a punt.

50% of Texas projects is going to petroquest so as existing shareholders after they double the number of shares now and halve your investment and then the rto happens which you won't be able to see before... And your investment is reduced to maybe 10-15% of what it was after it was halved... You won't have much investment in Texas at all.. Please can you at least try to do the maths...

Can't you all see how much RMD want this rto to happen. This won't go into admin on a no vote. There's to much at stake for those who stand to make money or save money out of SL's plan. All I'm asking is that existing shareholders are not obliterated in the process because I can't vote for that.
