Not just suspend. Suspend and dilute. If this comes back before the RTO, everyone will be running for the hills. However, it's probably more likely it will just stay suspended until RTO is complete.

Stuart, none of us could have predicted what has happened over the last year. These things happen. Especially when there seems to be so little protection for retail investors.

It's certainly frustrating to see people just vote yes out of desperation and give their power away. Stand up for yourselves...

In my mind, vote no and SL will have to be negotiate a better deal for existing shareholders. I want to know how much dilution is coming via the RTO before I vote yes to anything. Not too much to expect some actual facts and figures from the company. Sorry but I think voting yes is just allowing SL to take you for a ride. Existing shareholders have the power here. He needs us to agree to the future plan. Rmd are getting a very good deal here. So is SL. Existing shareholders are not.

He sounds like a very interesting person. He obviously knows how to get a great deal.
