I wonder how shareholders will vote on the sale, when given the opportunity. Seems very cheap to me.

Well let's see what they have to say. I hope there is much more transparency. I hope we find out more about the US licences before giving 50% to petroquest (SL). I also want to know more about the RTO, specifically the amount of dilution we can expect. Things have to change in their approach if they want support.

Zag, I have to say, I'm more hopeful now SL is gone and now ppp know shareholders require more transparency before agreeing to future plans. I think as shareholders we see in a much stronger position personally. I was very unhappy about 50% US licences going to petroquest without us understanding more about the leases. I was also very unhappy with the RTO as I felt this would be an extremely high level if dilution.

If you are really interested in what's going on, study all the RNSs very carefully again. Watch the recording. It's all there.

The auditors didn't validate anything. Read the report carefully again. Also the impairment is due to the fact it would take too long to figure out which leases are OK and which aren't. Watch the recording again. SL is very explicit about it.

Why are you all still arguing about the past. Pointless. Focus on what comes next. I for one am very happy SL has gone but we are not out of the woods yet. We need more transparency about the US licences and what is happening with the petroquest loan etc.

Well Roland doesn't need the market anymore. He is going to live if the payments from Selan while shareholders investments continue to dwindle to nothing.
