ASI, I have voted no because ppp has not provided any information on the RTO. That's it. That's a more than acceptable stance to take. It's my legal right as a shareholder. Ppp are not playing fair. Anyone who has researched RTOs knows the dilution will be very significant. Rmd are getting a very good deal. Shareholders will be shafted. That's logic based on the facts of the situation, I. E. Nothing from ppp to say otherwise and the basics of how and why RTOs happen. You are living in could cuckoo land to keep denying this. I really hope you all know this.

I've had a serious issue with ii and voting in the past which I am currently following up with financial ombudsman. So make sure you double check and get them to confirm in writing. They seem to have very shoddy internal processes for such a popular company.
