Just had a look again at Enquest. What misery!!! Glad I sold out in May last year at a profit. Could look to get back in at 12p. Could be a multi-bagger then….

I am soo glad that I got out at 32p. I ended up making a very good profit and feel no more bitterness towards AB. Can't remember who gave me this advice but Enquest is a trading stock and not to be held over the long term. I took my winnings and deposited them in other shares that made a very good profit. I think this stock is heading for 15p so might dip in again when we hit 15p. GLAXX

This is a great update. I am looking forward to the sp flying over the next couple of weeks. Net Debt now below the value of the bonds at $1,090M. That is an annualised reducation rate of $780M.

The term Repairer spike has a new meaning - repairing the damage to "old" shareholders. Buckle up all!

You could fire enquest ir and you wouldnt notice a difference. They were asleep at the wheel last year when they should have informed the market on guidance miss and the trading updates are so poorly written and look to have been crafted by AB

As I wrote monkeybrain - please show me where I am wrong in what I put forward as AB's scorecard.

Over 6BN invested in capex, 1.2BN in losses, over 800M paid out to bondholders and 2 RIs for shareholders close to 300M and we have a sp that isn't moving.

What is your point, clown? I have not made up anything and i have been consistent in my postings. Please show me how AB has overdelivered and created shareholder wealth. He has eroded 1.2 bn from shareholder equity but please show me Where i am wrong.

According to Romoron who has apparently worked on the street and cannot read financial statements any attempt to analyse the performance of a company should not pay regard to dividend paying ability. We should also ignore the fact that the sp is 20% of what it was 7 years ago. Will need to check up that comparison

Monkeyface - so your logic is, I don't care about making money so everyone like you who thinks investing money in shares should generate a return should sell up and move off? What logic is that? Is the point investing in shares to sit here and tell funny stories to one another? No - the point of investing in shares is to make a return as with any investment.

I admit I made a mistake investing in this company and should have never reentered 6,5 years ago but I did and now I have been stung for 3 rights issues. But like any investor I have demands and I demand answers and returns from the so called management of this company. Go and watch the Wall Street film. Try and listen to Gordon Gecko when he tells off the board for being a bunch of useless overpaid idiots. And that is exactly what we have got here in Enquest.

We have a CEO who manages to dump the sp every time he pushes out a Trading Update.
