Max total cost to Poolbeg is 4m which can be funded in a variety of ways. So the idea that this is going private or any major fund raise around the corner is highly unlikely. A small fund raise is always possible but it will not be for more than 4m. Stong possibility that a major pharma will finance the trial so as to get first mover advantage. But I think those here trying to get cheap shares already know all this

The assets for nothing and avoid milestone payments. Perhaps Gilead will be the pharma or one of the pharma that colllaberates and funds the Polb—001 test. Jeremy did answer my question regarding Gileads potential interest, albeit in an indirect manner. He said (more or less that) they have their own cancer bispecific treatment and Poolb-001 could surely help.

We must have been at different presentations. The meeting was very positive. Small test with cancer drugs over the Summer/Autumn for Polb-001. If positive results ensue then we will see big money come looking for Polb/001. This flagged by big investors in the US. Cathal did say if you are not happy or dont believe the story sell your shares. I am holding and accumulating.

Hello there Cherryburn. Hope all well your end. I would hope for a bid well in excess of 80p. I think 150 pence would still be a steal for any potential buyer. In any case if the DFS progresses well it might become preferable for Sovereign to push ahead alone. Funding should not be an issue

True Cherryburn. Sitting tight here as well. There must be considerable interest apart from RIO. I think the upgrade to MRE slated for Q1 is as much a message to RIO as it is to the market.

Hello there Cherryburm. Yes surprising the low interest from professional investors,. I continue to accumulate on a monthly basis. So quite thankful to be able to buy shares at these levels. We could hear news at any time over the next 12 months. Will RIO bid for the remaining 80% of SVML. I think so. Will SVML look to leverage interest from other major miners I think so. The question remains as to what would be acceptable to SVML in terms of bid price. Updated MRE due in Q1 is obviously a message from the SVML board indicating they want a decent offer.
