Hello Cash. From Cathals statement - Poolbeg will list on the Nasdaq later this year leads one to believe terms have more or less been agreed. When did that interview take place ?

Hello there. The last time this happened with Cathal’s other company Amryt the aim shares were converted to ADRs on the Nasdaq.

Helllo Bazzaman. I still believe some major deal being worked on. Top managent has been avoiding all forums where they would have to answer questions. No cash was raised with SP in the 10-15p range. No major shareholders selling. I am of the belief that Poolbeg will RTO or be bought like inflazome for a tidy sum. It is very likely that private testing of Polb-001 with drugs provided by potential suitors is underway. Likewise the gl1p tests will take place soon and obviously some result from the nasdaq pharma re our oral delivery programe are known. Perhaps this nasdaq pharma will buy Poolbeg outright. Jmo gla

Hello Marc. You are not a shareholder as you have confirmed before. Why do you waste your time here. Are you the good Samaritan. The share price is sliding due to lack of news and impatience. Nobody knows including yourself what is happening in the background. By the way somebody bought the shares that were sold !!!!

In the meantime I wonder how Landsdowne are dealing with the AIM rules regarding the six months and the listing. Must have submitted some paperwork. Regarding Goodman

and Barryroe perhaps they will attempt to greenwash and talk about Blue Hydrogen production and Co2 storage. I think the old Fastnet crew had plans and information about how this might be done in their license areas. You might also see Goodman become a preffered partner for the corrib. All speculation but we shall find out soon enough.

Hello Battle. How are things. Have seen 100m mentioned as the potential EC claim,. It coukd however be alot higher. This 100m only referred to the NPV of a part of the entire field. So litigation could result in a bigger claim

Roche has agreed to pay roughly $445 million for Inflazome, joining the race to bring to market drugs that block the inflammasome, a part of the immune system linked to inflammatory diseases.

The move will give the pharma company access to Inflazome’s entire pipeline, which includes two small molecules that have completed Phase I safety trials, Inzomelid and Somalix.

I was an investor in Amryt and rolled proceeds into Poolbeg. I am positive on Poolbeg but like all just expressing an opinion. Dont mention providence resources. Got shafted with that share !!!

Hello SolVista. I stand corrected. I see that in 2023 there were bigger shareholders. Cathal Friel is still the largest shareholder in Poolbeg and has not sold any shares even when the price was over 15 pence. I believe a deal is coming soon and you do not I imagine. Neither of us know. If you are a shareholder you will be happier if I am right !!

Hello SolVista. In 2018 Cathal Friel was the largest shareholder when Amryt was aquired. Cathal Friel did sell some shares in 2018 but remained the biggest shareholder

Amryt Pharma PLC on Tuesday said on Tuesday a company owned by a former non-executive director has sold 8.4 million shares in the company.

Raglan Road Capital Ltd is owned by former Non-Executive Director Cathal Friel and his wife Pamela Iyer.

The shares were sold at a price of 17.00 pence each, giving a total value of GBP1.4 million.

Following the deal, Raglan Road holds 24.7 million Amryt shares, just under 9.0% of the entire company.

Was also thinking that perhaps private testing of polb-001 is ongoing with potential partners. This would not be made known via RNS. Obviously these Pharma companies will want to see how Polb-001 reacts with their drugs before making major investment decisions. I think this is why Jetemy et all are unusually absent vis-a-vis public interviews. Avoiding having to ask sensitive questions until a deal is concluded

Hello Bazzaman. Hope all well with you. Yes SP sliding on lack of news. I still expect news soon. Just my opinion. Cathal does not let things slip without a reason. We have had no information on any of products in months. Saw the same thing with Amryt Pharma when I was a shareholder. No news, no leak and woke up on several occasions to major major news. Expect the same here !
