Here is what I think is happening. Predator Ireland and Vevan will reverse into LOGP. Vevan will provide some cash and Predator will priovide the Corrib Gas License. A combined Vevan/Logp litigation action will be launched under the ENergy Charter. Barryroe and or Corrib licenses will be reinstated / advanced and an agreed compensation for damages paid. JMO

Hello Cherrburn. How are things. The minute a take over offer from RIo is made the SP will surge. RiO knows this as well. If Riio wants a quick clean, painless deal they will have to pay 1.35 to 1.5 pounds in my opinion. Remember as well the true cost to Rio is 81% as they already own 19%. JMO.

This sell off is crazy. The recent fund raise at 42 was over subscribed. Perhaps market makers looking to pick up cheap shares. Africa was not on trump tariff list and rutile and graphite were also not. Sovereign being an Australian company might have a 10% tariff if it wax selling a manufactured product. Graphite and Rutile are needed in the US for many industries and will not be surely be exempt from tariffs. So the sell off is silly

In hindsight was a very smart move to raise cash. Markets are concerned about tariffs. All miners impacted and perhaps sone stop losses triggered here. SVML in a strong position. Rick Rule on the Sundsy Roast show yesterday said he participated in the recent fund raise and in fact wanted a greater allocation than he received. He reckons a 200% to 1000% upside depending on an early bid or SVML going it alone. So the longer SVML hold and the more advanced the project, the higher any potential bids.

Another attempt by you to push share price lower so you can pick up some cheap shares. You forgot to mention that no directors or major shareholders have sold any shares !!
