Assuming a sale does happen and lets just say for arguments sake its for 60p (ITS JUST A HYPOTHETICAL PRICE!)

Do you hold till final sale goes through or sell?

Lets assume the company taking over is an overseas company not one from the FTSE

Lets just use two scenarios:-

1) Outright sale for 60p
2)Part sale for cash 50% and shares of 50% in the company taking EUA over

Stu, a dividend? Realy? Smh! The only way I can see a divi is (If I look in the mirror) If its a special one given due to the sale of the company and tbh thats not going to happen at the AGM. Aimo

A rehashed post from me on ADVFN, I've been reading up alot on this drug and the trials etc and it all looks very promising, still a risk but then aren't most shares like this until they hit approval? I've read stories of companies changing focus and then hitting it big so theres a chance OVB can do the same. Does anyone have any idea why IVIX sold out? One question I still cannot find an answer to.

You obviously missed my point which was that HZM, still a small company, has 2 tier 2 projects so theres no real reason why GGP couldn't go the same way and even better due to the licences they own? I agree they are both different animals.

My little view on GGP is simply this, Hav, we already know is going to be a Tier 1 gold project. When you look at HZM they have 2 Tier 1 nickel projects and are only a small company to anything possible, so with all the licences GGP have, especially in the Paterson region, then unless GGP are the luckiest unuckiest miner going they stand a very good chance of htting something worthwhile for a second time at minimum, hopefully more than one hit! Its not a cert but again be very unlucky if they didn't atleast strike once more when you consider all their licences.

I'm a billion miles away from being an expert in all this but after being burnt a few times in the distant past I have a feeling about GGP thats positive, I just hope for once I can be right!

I only want to ramp one share even though I own others, OVB Ovoca Bio, very risky play! Owns hundeds of thousands of shares in Polymetal International which equates to their current mc. They strangely decided to go into Pharma and now have a drug waiting for possible approval in Russia, this is due any minute.

"Ovoca Bio is currently developing BP-101, a novel medicinal treatment for premenopausal women with hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD)" Approval due anytime, RISKY!

Take a look it may be worth a punt but thats if you can buy any shares as I had a nightmare buying any!

Does anyone have a rough idea of how long it takes for Russia to approve or deny an application? I knows it states towards the end of 2020 for marketing but could the actual approval decision drop anytime?

I thought the IAG board was bad for bi-polar investors! If a share goes up 10% its the best thing since sliced bread but if it drops 10% then there must be something drastically wrong with the company so everyone needs to sell up quick!

I haven't got a clue where EUA is going to go even if they do get bought out, they might not! I wont even say figures as I have zero idea! All I know is I had a punt and if it pays off then great and if not then hey ho!

Some people do love to play games on these boards, you can see them a mile off but I 100% understand why they do what they do, its because they know so many investors either fall for the hype and buy or fall for the doom and gloom and sell instead of researching themselves. That btw includes asking questions some might not like but in the end its your money so dont let anyone else shout you down when you ask questions that could affect you wealth just because it comes across in a certain way, just beware some will give you answers that benefit themselves before you!

Interesting times ahead, glad i got in yesterday and will hold till final sale assuming it comes, if not I'll be on till production on MT!

On another note, can anyone explain why another share I'm in, OVB, would allow dummy sales of shares but not dummy buys? I'm only asking here as the OVB board is realy quiet, its not a pump or anything and to be honest its a very risky play!

Yea I understand ferg but with all the noise surrounding various people on the board and not knowing what to believe its hard to find out if this realy is the biggie in the making especially considering its already had a very good sp rise and the mc stands at £600m.

I admit as to not being up to scratch on mining shares and have been bitten before with oilies a few years back due to falling for the "Hype" That I wont, to the best of my abilities let happen again! All I've done this weekend is read up on this and a few other miners and I admit it looks promising but I not stupid enough (Or am I?) To think this could all go pear shaped and the sp retrace as fast as it rose!

I will probably have a small punt and go from there.
