10p? Now I'm defo no ramper but come on eh, that price will only bit hit for 3 reasons, no sale, markets crash as they did back in 1929 or WW3! Theres no way it will drift that low without realy bad news!

Agreed Gecko, its all about letting the time pass thats needed, the sp will do what the sp does and its already been mentioned but even if a sale didn't go through then EUA going it alone would actualy also be very good in the longer term, I just think the BoD want a sale as thats what they have done in the past and its worked realy well for them.

My other thoughts though is when the FSP was announced the sp was 7.5p and then shot up, then when the sp hit 28p or so due to the flanks and that RNS was very mute it did puzzle me a bit, I understand the NDA part but surely the flanks licence and what it means to EUA isn't part of that same NDA as why would it be? It made me think the BoD didn't want the sp escaping to a price to high!

I just hope we get a sale before November as that US election realy could turn the markets upside down, I know this doesn't affect whats in the ground but it will affect the sp, suppose if you hold then it makes no difference!

So if the 30th deadline isn't reached this is why, however with 14 parties interested if they dont have atleast one that is beneficial then this company has no hope but it could also take a little bit longer to sort them all out due to being so many interested!

A conspiracy theorist could say that the short RNS that we had on the 8th was planned to drop the price so that when the offer price does come and its not as high as people expect then it doesn't look as bad! If the offer was between 30/36p which would equate to about £800m/£1b then from 19p its still a 60/90% rise so wouldn't look as bad!

This is not a deramp/ramp or any of that cr*p its just a random post about a theory of what could be going on but its more than likely just about more people selling for various reasons such as worry, profit taking and other opportunites and less buying for the same reasons, nothing more, nothing less!

Before anyone starts sulking, theres has been a few different theories of whats going on and this is just another!

What is the most likely sp price assuming the licence is granted? The market cap is already £75m so what will this news take Jay to?

Please dont include any Disko news etc, just base the sp on the licence approval.

Thanks for the reply Sean, you made some interesting points. I suppose it depends what the profit margin difference is from making and selling to just getting the patent money?

Do they have any idea how many other companies are infringing their licences? I know Panasonic has been mentioned but are there any others that Cap-XX could chase?

Regarding the Tesla/Maxwell issue I have no idea if they will settle out of court but it would make sense to do that and go the patent route than risk the possible loss in court which could end up with far higher costs for both sides, on that point, would it destroy Cap-XX if they lost the case?

Elon smoked pot on JR's podcast not national tv and to be honest its a million miles away from patent infringement especially when running a big business!

Why do you think the court case against Maxwell is being overstated?

Your point in regards to Murata makes a little bit of sense but why wouldn't Cap-XX prefer to be making and selling the products on a better production line, making more products and dealing with customers direct instead of just being the patent holder? Far more money involved and as for plans, then companies have plans but when a door opens those plans can change for the benefit of the company.

As you come across as a more cautious investor can you let me know your thoughts on Cap-XX as a whole, is it good thing to be getting into now or better to leave and look elsewhere?

Am I correct in thinking that now they have Muratas customer base they will earn far more money selling directly to the ex-Murata customers rather than just receiving the patent fee from Murata?

I wonder if Tesla are still using the same Cap-XX patented things in their tech? If so then thats very, very stupid especially with a court case hanging over their heads! I do agree with one comment I seen on here regarding the costs of court cases and how much money Tesla have and they could just play the long game in hope that money becomes an issue for Cap? Surely reputation should count for something or do people not care about that when buying a Tesla? Interesting times especially when the court date is announced!

Are Cap-XX the only company on the planet allowed to manufacture these capacitors? Reason I ask is whats to stop Tesla etc going to other companies?

You would think it with some of todays posts! All because of one RNS that, and unless I'm mistaken, no one has a clue what it even means, all just guess work? Imagine if the share dropped 50% with no RNS! I honestly think some on here would be dangling from tress, apologies for that analogy. However imagine if it went up 50% for no reason then this board would be having fits! Point is, until we get either someone who can explain "Exactly" In a for dummies guide, what that RNS and the others mean OR an actual RNS saying offer of £_ or saying no bids accepted, then everyone just needs to chill the f*ck out!

@cfhmetal You actually make a very interesting point, if my quick google search is correct there has never been a £1b plus takeover or purchase of an AIM company, still doesn't mean it wont happen and imo it 100% will at some point, hopefully EUA is the first! However there are quite a few companies who have made it big after starting on the AIM, I didn't realise Dominos was on it!

Who would have thought a footballer would sell for £1million? They now sell for £100million! Strange things can happen oh and as time goes by things get dearer, we will see bigger deals in footy so why not the AIM?
