Can anyone give me any info on what DS plans to do with Lybrion? Will it be listed etc and what exactly is the business model?

It feels weird not being bothered about the sp falling, knowing we are almost certainly about to me sold for whatever price takes away the sorrow of the sp dropping! It just better sell before Christmas or the kids are getting nowt!

Looking at the sp and seeing where its at before we even start the cold/flu months is soul destroying, I do feel for all you that hold here, even the Tory lovers! I dont like people who gloat but I have to give credit to whatamess, he was bang on the money and yet was slated for being a serial deramper, when you go over his/her post history the vast majority are things that should have been clear to most but I think some just got sucked into the euphoria when the sp reached 360p ish. What sickens me is that some investors will have been sucked into buying by some of those more unscrupulous people giving people false hopes of what was to come.

Everyone should have seen what was going to come once the lockdown started to be lifted and people started going back to some sort of normality especially with it some of it coinciding with the upcoming viral season, especially the schools going back! I wont go into governmental decisons that were made as I dont want to go there and I would be here all day. I suppose the vaccine hopes were also keeping peoples hopes alive and they should still do that, there will hopefully be a vaccine produced in the upcoming months, more than likely next year, that is beneficial to the masses and not just thrown out there which is what could happen in the US. Once this happens the sp's of many of these shares will bounce and hopefully some can either hold on or get out without to much of a loss or even make a profit because I do still think we are going to have a major downturn in the economy in the coming months/years. We cannot go through all this and not suffer repercussions no matter what people want to say!

Having said that if you hold or even buy now and IAG survives, which I think it will, then in the long run it will make a big comeback and as has been mentioned could/should actually be more leaner and meaner. I only posted as I noticed the sp dropped below £1 so I'll leave it there, I hope you all manage to make some money and make the best of the months/years to come, its not going to be easy but we will get through.

Octobers the month I'm looking forward to, should get plenty of news which will hopefully be positive, a bonus RNS on the Maxwell case would be great but I wont hold my breath for that!

Sp held up quite well today considering the bloodbath in some other shares! The sooner the licence drops and the offtake agreement is sorted the better! Would be good to get some bonus news on Disko also.

Would have been nice if they had gave some sort of timescale for the Oz and NZ trials and also the length of time it takes for an approval/denial in Russia to some, its good that they use the sales of the Poly shares to cover costs which should last quite a while yet and the approval/denial in Russia will be known well before money becomes an issue.

Seems strange being in share with news due imminently that could make or break (For a while atleast) The sp! Deadline is 9 days away so I hope news drops this week and it isn't left until last minute assuming it drops!

Can anyone give me a quick update on what news is upcoming that could move the sp, I read someones post about 5 RNS's due but not sure what was meant by that.

lol np, 3 numbers £30 not bad! I wont lie, I forgot to put them on so if all 6 had of came in I would have been p*ssed! Its funny that though, I mentioned 30p in my post and then mention the lottery numbers which ending up being 3 correct winning £30 quid! Is that a sign?

On a serious note one thing I've been wondering is what people on here would think if the BoD came out and said they have accepted an offer of 30p for the whole company as they feel its a great deal.

The RNS did state "Several" So theres defo 3 or more and nearly 12 weeks and more for some in I'm hoping its a good figure, I've never been in a FSP share before so I'm a total novice at this so it would be nice to have a good ending, I could do with teh money before Xmas lol!

I've actually noticed that filter situation quite alot and not just on this board, dont get me wrong I understand why some filter obvious people who just show up to cause hassle but when you look at some of the goings on with so called "LTHers" It does open your eyes! However on the flipside some of the LTHers are realy knowlegable and know their stuff about certain companies, you can generaly tell who's being devious or not. In the end I just want to make some money if I can and hope that others do the same, I hold no malice to anyone in the same boat and do enjoy reading most of the posts on these boards, you can get quite a laugh sometimes byt some of the banter/windups that goes on :)

Jake theres no fun in that, this board would be dead if it wasn't for people speculating about stuff such as whats in the ground and what the sp will be from one day to the bext to the biggie, what will the final deal be assuming there is a deal!

My speculation is that we will sell for 30/36p just because I'm a pessismist and cannot see how it could go for £3, £4, £5 billion, I hope I'm wrong though! I have no idea what it will sell for and there are far more brighter people on here who will disagree with my sp price but guess what all they can do is speculate and guess even with more knowledge but its all fun and some of it is good to read but I admit some of the speculatives guesses do make me think hmmmmmm whats their agenda!

I dont like giving figures but I'm going to just for the fun of it, I'm sticking with 30/36p, yea, yea I know its conservative to say the least but its just what I think, thats all! I'm not on the EUA, NN, Lesego, UBS or Citic boards so its just a guess or is it :o :) The lottery numbers for tomoz are 13, 18, 35, 41, 52 & 53

I agree Moneymaker, Nieuwenhuy being linked to Lesego and then Citic being involved smells of an offer coming from that direction in some way, I dont know much about Lesego, I dont even know what they could offer but too many links to discount them not being involved in some way? Also If the Chinese are not involved in some way I'll be amazed.

The Suschov role got me a bit puzzled, so hes now not a member of the board but will still play a major role in the FSP process, why would leaving the board make that much difference? Is the board role that much more work compared to what he will do now? I do see it as a major positive though as his main focus, if it wasn't already, is getting a deal done and for this reason I believe the first offer will come sooner rather than later as some seem to think.

I also agree with most posts on here that surely Suschov cannot buy or sell any shares even though hes not on the board due to him being so closely involved in the FSP, if he did trade shares either way then that would send far to many signals in whatever direction depending on his trade, 100% insider trading, no?

Due to todays RNS news I'm going with an offer coming before months out, it just smells of something coming and if so, from the Lesego direction.

I'm a total noob in all this so I'm probably way off the mark but what ever happens, I'll hold and see it out no matter what the stupid sp does in the mean time.

Disagree in Covidbeign an excuse as it is 100% affecting how alot of businesses are running so could affect negotiations on any deal.

As for LC, the RNS stated "A selected number of potential funders" So they have narrowed it down but I will admit that if this deal gets screwed up then Kats sp wont just plummet but will fall of the edge of the flat earth we live on (JOKE) Its a square oblate concave cylinder! LC will have zero credibility but sadly in times people would forget and he knows this, I hope he does finally get this over the line, less than 2 weeks to go and we will know!

Yea agreed Suthy, the point I was making was that if there is a delay its expected due to the covid issues, I know some will read into it being yet another LC messup but a delay wont be that, no deal on the other hand is a different ball game!
