Btw I asked a while ago about how much profit is stood to be made from 15moz at current prices and no one replied, does no one have a figure as surely that would help give a better bid price guess?

Research schmesearch, wheres the fun in that? :o I have read over quite alot of your posts and you come across as someone who seems to know a little bit about what they are talking about BUT one thing I did notice is that all the posts I read of yours have a negative vibe about them towards Kod and its only Kod you post about, whats the reasons behind this? Whats your past history with Kod? Also if you have so much negativity towards Kod why do you stay here and post? Why dont you post on other shares which you "Should" Be invested in and give helpful info there as due to what seems to come across as you being knowledgeable in regards to miners you would surely be happier doing that?

Ths above is NOT a gig at you, its an observation from a newcomer here so I hope you dont take any offence to what I put its just how it comes across, I do appreciate your input in regards to the dangers here but lets look on the positive side of life, stranger things have happened in shares so Kod becoming a miner next year could still happen :O

Also why did no one comment on the consolidation idea? Is it that bad an idea lol?

Had a little punt here as next year should be very interesting especially if they do get into production in Q2 2021 which is very doable especially with the Chinese involved and they build like no tomorrow! One thing they could do with is a share consolidation of maybe 10/1 or even a 50/1? 11.1 billion shares at .12 of a pence is mental!

Not bothered if it drops to or under .1 as next year is the big year imo plus the MOU info could be updated on before year end?

So now can the LTH's and derampers tell me if I have made a bad move buying in now? Cheers :)

If its that its a let down as its not exactly sit down news due to it being already known it could happen this year.

Lets say we get an RNS tomorrow stating said company has made a offer of said number, when does the second offer normaly happen, is it days, weeks or months later?

Lol Its funny when you ask "Genuine" Questions that come across as negative and you get jumped on, I'd still ask away as at the end of it all, its your money thats in danger so why shouldn't you ask questions that may benefit you in a financial way. I also did lol when you said you put in £10k and then asked questions as thats what so many of us do, we jump in head first sometimes because of falling for the rampy muppets! Its near enough a no brainer to be in here, dont get me wrong there are risks but as for an AIM share theres only a few others I can think of with less risk.

To be honest ihowells an extra 500 million shares to get Arag the financing it needs to production is nothing. When you look at other shares with multi billions of shares in issue and nothing to show for it then I'm sure 2 billion shares with a nickel producing mine behind it will be just fine, thats not even including Verm :)

I'm basing it on what Sponge wrote. Unless I'm wrong then HZM do still need to find $118 million for the financing and i was just basing the 40% on what Sponge wrote, I have no idea what they will need to raise % wise in equity.

Ah right that makes a bit more sense, my bad as I though it was based on what was left to find!

After doing a few calcs then the calcs they post do not make sense? Lets assume they have to raise £35 million in equity (40% of the $118m still needed converted from dollars to pounds at todays exchange rate) I'll use the price of 7p (35000000/.07) Then thats only an extra 500 million shares so how the hell does he get 3.65b total shares when HZM only have 1,446 billion + 500m = roughly 1.95 billion and thats raising £35m at a price of 7p which I assume is way lower than what the price will be when done?

Now if this sort of calc is close to the actual financing then we could be sitting at 8p but with a far higher market cap which surely means multi-bagging much harder due to the higher mc? Am I thinking this is correct? If not then can someone correct me please.

I should have made my post clearer, It was based on the guaranteed 60p fully agreed price with all parties, no counterbids etc.

Tiddlor I've never been in a sale situation before so can you tell me if thats what most if not all brokers would do in regards to the overseas shares? I just get a bit worried as if it was the case of a 50/50 split I dont want to be stuck with shares I cannot get rid of without loads of hassle.

A very good thread it was btw, normaly people spit the dummies which such things but this board accepted it with open arms.
