I don't think that the news from Riversgold, the earn-in partner in the Northern Zone gold prospect, was reported here or by ORCP in depth.
The full announcement, which was released on 16th April, is in the link below. Riversgold seem to be quite keen on progressing this.
“RGL’s senior team were on site a week ago to scope the next drilling program and making plans to drill Northern Zone to deliver a maiden JORC-compliant resource. We see Northern Zone as being somewhat similar to Saturn Metals Limited’s Apollo Hill Gold Project and the early metallurgy points towards a potential heap leach operation.”
"Located 175km due north of Northern Zone, Saturn Metals Limited has released a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) on the Apollo Hill Gold project that has a resource of 105Mt at 0.54g/t gold for 1.839Moz. RGL views the Apollo Hill project as an example of what we are looking to achieve at Northern Zone, albeit with Northern Zone being a potentially larger project."

Never get emotionally attached with a stock.
It will become very addictive and costly.
Ìf you stay emotionally attached not only will you waste your valuable time but will miss out on other opportunities on the market.
I've seen the same posters on this bb daily for months now and certainly over the last year the price has fallen 60%.
What have they achieved, nothing.
Pick out the winners, look at the CEOs,importantly read a few years worth of RNSs,the clues are there!try to avoid the lifestyle cos with fat old CEOs.
Also don't trust anyone on these. forums
As for TRP,History repeating itself,
Read RNSs since 2019 about the finance, its always just about to complete
Also without finance then Nò rìg/ drill.
Trp are in a pickle, options exceedingly poor.
Mr Asher has to this point failed and has cost shareholders a fortune.
The only way this co can survive is with placings, having Zero revenue.
IMO there will be another raise and a consolidation and or share consolidation.
Look at the options exercisable at 0.018,a billion òr so.
Agree Asher has skin in this but look what he's taken out òf the company all these years
Asher owns Pegasus Petroleum Company unilaterally , also take a look how much has been paid to the company from Trp,it will surprise you.
Mr Asher has done very well out of AIM,none of his shareholders have.!!!

A post from Twitter - good news if true & will monitor trades and probably purchase to average down
My sources inform me that the management and board of Zenith are all presently in Paris for the final days of the $10 million USD ICC arbitration trial for the non-payment to Zenith of an oil international sale due to Zenith by the Tunisian national oil company ETAP
Good day today
So I estimate cash position @ £2.1m vs a market cap of £700k
That’s a 200% gain to market cap & still be undervalued
Current costs will be a fraction of what they were before as there are no studies or live business occurring
Ovoca Bio are essentially a cash shell
On the day of the failed P2 studies, the share price dropped to 2.75p. Today, you can buy it under 1p
Undervalued
And if we lose?
I’ve got a small investment here and was considering topping up significantly on the Kazakhstan news but I held fire and I'm glad I did. what do we believe is the holdup with the Kazakhstan deal? It seems ongoing since December 20th when Zenith said it'd be done in 60 days. Now it's been 113 days and still no word. Usually when Zenith misses deadlines like this it's game over and this time next year rodders.
If the deal does go through, how's Zenith footing the bill? They only had $843k in cash and hefty expenses according to their September 20th report. They got about $2 million in February which might keep them afloat with some penny-pinching, but where's the $1.8 million for Kazakhstan coming from?
Let’s say they scrape up or borrow the $1.8 million, how are they tackling drilling costs? From what I can tell they're flat broke.
Without a penny to spare how are they pulling off anything in Kazakhstan? I’m only asking because this stock seems to be oversold but how will they pull themselves out of this rut??
This opportunity is too obvious and that might be the reason it seems missing by investors.
Abundant of proven oil with top quality low cost waiting to be extracted. LP is the last hurdle which will be sort this month.
10 bagger in no time when LP granted and Heron operational.
Seize the opportunity guys. Enjoy the ride.
Emailed a few days ago and no response. Wanted to find out how much a well costs. We were making a very small profit before the increase in production from by 70bopd for the Fouke Wells 32% to NTOG is £2000 per day, which is approx £180k additional since Jan. That means with have approx £500k to drill a well??
This is a follow on from,
https://news.cision.com/se/wyld-networks/r/wyld-networks-tillkannager-deltagande-i-ett-european-space-agency-program-tillsammans-med-eutelsat-o,c3769333
LSE may bork that link and I can't find the English version.
From the first link,
"As part of the program, Wyld’s IoT module is being built into low earth orbiting satellites to provide radio connectivity."
This probably links back to the Fill or Kill interview,
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WHcUc-cMmEE
Where Williamson suggests,
https://youtu.be/WHcUc-cMmEE?t=236
"A Wyld defined piece of equipment..."
So... What better way to get your kit into everyone else's satellites than to provide additional functionality for inter-satellite communications and positioning and, by the way when the kit is not performing that function we'll be hoovering up data from our ground sensors. Free launches and free satellites. Thank you very much.
And, of course, we cannot forget the Space-X angle,
https://direct.starlink.com/
"Direct to Cell satellites will initially be launched on SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket and then Starship. On orbit the satellites will immediately connect over laser backhaul to the Starlink constellation to provide global connectivity."
Not without some means of navigation and positioning they won't. Something Wyld appears to have sorted out for ESA, Eutelsat and Thales.
Again this places Wylds operational kit in all the Satellites. The ladz over on ADVFN will love this because, for once, they can honestly say.... Wyld owns all the Satellites.
Agreed damaged has been done here, either the director man’s up and makes an imminent change or we need a change of hands. Which side I am leaning towards has yet to be decided. Need something concrete for me to give the current director another change though.
How does NTOG dig its way out of this hole being 4 million in debt, loss making with substantial interest payments and an uninterested CEO skimming 250,000k+ from the trough?
Sell of some family silver which won't last for long?
Placing at this low market cap?
Sold off?
Something else?
I suppose a hike on oil prices would help but that's not a buisness plan.
I can understand the frustration here (I'm still waiting for PRD get started on its gas well testing, with many a broken promise), especially with the waiting for the signing of a rig for the Thali drill.
Thinking aloud,
Surely JA is as determined as ever to get this rig signed now, if only to ensure the company does not loose the licence to the Thali block, nevermind the company maker factor should the signing be achieved.
Well that's my take on the present situation... rightly or wrongly, preferably the former.
Heidelberg thanks for clarifying that for me. Well I’m happy to submit my shares to the cause if I can recoup some losses or help us collectively. I emailed the address given have quite a lot of shares let’s see if he responds.
For SP weakness read BoD weakness.
Matter of opinion but I still don’t think all those warrants are gonna get taken up.
However, the rampers insist it WILL happen. I don’t think it will.
Maybe the Navitas financials will help but can’t help wondering that Navitas thoughts ‘might’ be to withhold that news as it will add more pressure
on RKH ??
The question is WHY aren’t warrants for free money being taken up ?
My answer is: lack of confidence in the RKH BoD. That doesn’t mean I want RKH to fail but they haven’t managed it in 10 years and although they are closer than ever, the SP doesn’t lie.
I emailed pboilcraft@gmail.com no reply yet. What can he exactly do though?
Having purchased the bulk of my shares at approximately 2.9p my investment is not looking pretty here. Anyone in the same boat?
The potential for an IEC is 100% there and live - its a hedging strategy to have a diverse power/ energy portfolio as the world weens itself off O&G.
The limited cross-over of renewable technologies isn't a big deal - bp have proved through lightsource they can enter areas of little competency and stand-up a sustainable business - the value, as in O&G is the integrated value chain. What differs in renewables is the production, the rest of the value chain is largely the same, i.e. the renewables power can still be traded, can still be transported to customers or retail sites and sold alongside other areas of the downstream portfolio.
I don't forsee a pivot coming, the IEC strategy is too ingrained in the company, from the board to exec team to what we publish externally to the major shareholders. Imagine the questions if the board and c-suite pivoted now, just three years after they signed such a sector divergent strategy. They may as well resign themselves if they do so.
A bet on bp is a bet that a diverse energy portfolio will come good as governments legislate against carbon, we've seen it in auto and it won't be long until we see it in energy also.
For anyone who hasn’t seen the point of interest in yesterday’s initial I3 Energy RNS which was later amended & the removal of : ‘or Kyle/Banff (if i3 holds a working interest)’
For employees of i3 Energy North Sea Limited and i3 Energy plc:
· 1/3 on FDP of Serenity or Kyle/Banff (if i3 holds a working interest)
· 1/3 on acquisition of 2,500 boepd
· 1/3 on addition of 10 mmbbls of 2P reserves
Or 1/3 vesting each year, on the anniversary of the grant, if not vested in accordance to the conditions above.
Regardless of the above, 100% of the LTIP Awards will vest if there is a change of control of the Company or sale of 75% of the PDP reserves.
Any thoughts on this Mommur as I know you’re a holder, seems quite a deliberate mistake to make…. (could be wrong) .. I don’t quite get the Kyle/Banff part if Serica were looking at taking them out or going to farm in.. but who knows..
We may be overdue but it is outside CHAR’s control because it involves Government approvals. The first of these was the EIA 3 weeks ago as per this from the RNS:
“ Pierre Raillard, Head of Gas Business and Morocco Country Director at Chariot commented:
"Securing approval of this EIA is a major milestone for Anchois and is the culmination of extensive time and teamwork that has gone into this critical process. This is a key building block for sanctioning the project's development, alongside other activities such as our partnering process which is close to conclusion. On behalf of Chariot, I would like to thank the National Environmental Committee and the Ministry for their endorsement and support. I would also like to thank the Chariot team, our partner ONHYM and our consultants who collaborated so closely across all workstreams. We are fully committed to ensuring that Anchois is developed in line with best practice as set out in the report."
That RNS set the end game in progress as it was a prerequisite for the 2 further Government approvals we have been told are very close just awaiting a final signature. There is no suggestion that there is an issue with the final approvals which should land any day now. Clearly the Partner and Financiers will want all those approvals in place before they announce and commit. I imagine they are conditions precedent to deals that are already agreed. Keep checking for RNS at 7am each morning.
