I am just repeating probabilies from printed reports released by the company themselves. The odds of success are apparently 30-35%. If you don't like me repeating printed data, its ok just block me and sit tight for the results, my message board posts impact nothing

I don't have any shares, this is too risky for me. As a speculator the odds look nice. Don't know why the capital structure needs to be so complicated.

30% chance of success is based on my read of the 2011 report and other commentary I have read suggesting 20%. 30% chance with 10x rewards are good odds. Downside of 70% failure is not complete wipeout, so the best is worth it.

The company themselves give this 65% chance of duster. I give it 70% chance. Is this controversial around here

Does anyone else feel happy with the results an not care about the short term price action? I am actually really happy and don't care about the correction.

'Acquiring Topshop' is a neutral outcome.

If they have good terms (underpay + no obligation to maintain stores), that's good.

If they have bad terms (overpay + physical stores on bad terms), that's bad.

I've said it before - a US entity will end up getting Top Shop and will overpay on bad terms, it will not be BOO.
