TCM, this crowd aren't going to give you any decent advice, they are too jealous of you. Ignore the noise and take a position, the sentiment is terrible right now and I don't see the price slipping much more as we go into reporting

When was the position opened? The price goes down generally when a large sorry is opened because the shorter is selling borrowed shares into the market.

Very good management, cleaned up balance sheet, USA growth. That chart looks like a trend reversal to me.

I suspect ASOS results tomorrow will be very good and give a reliable indicator to how Boohoo has been trading. Considering taking a position. Anyone of you trading based on this as a catalyst for a move higher?

200 sounds about right to me. Seems to be consolidating at this level and building a base.

I am just watching at the moment. ASOS results on 15/7. That will be a pretty good proxy for BOO. The funny thing about this stock is their target market either won't hear about these issues (they're on tick tock and Instagram not the guardian and twitter) or don't care enough to give up their 12 quid dresses unfortunately.

I just read the shadowfall short thesis.

Most of the thesis seems to relate to the PLT minority position and the risk that there will be a future dividend to the minority shareholder and the way this minority position is recognised in the cash flow statement. The other part of the thesis seems to be about recognising tax payments in the cashflow statement. Given that the PLT minority stake was acquired by boo on may 28, isn't that short thesis from shadowfall basically now about not showing tax on the cash flow statement?

I understand that there are now allegations of minimum wage violations in Leicester, but that isn't in the shadowfall short thesis, I am talking about their document specifically
