he’s trying very hard to make people forget/ discount that something very distinct and different *has* very recently happened - i.e. amit very specifically claimed that Johnson and Johnson were buying; j&j lawyers warned him to stop, and amit then was forced to completely and publicly retract his false claim that j&j were buying.

These recent updates don’t really buy him any extra time to leave UK, shift assets etc, since shurely there is no possible way that they can be making any difference to whatever legals are now in progress? — either cotter and his ilk can secure an injunction or they can’t, updates won’t change that.

That’s a fundamental misunderstanding of what ChatGPT and related large language models do … it doesn’t tell you what it ‘thinks’ EUA is worth, or what it ‘thinks’ EUA will sell for .. it just tells you what human beings have tended to say to each other already about EUA, so long as those human discussions and comments were digitally available. there’s zero analysis of the business or the market involved.

me, i wouldn’t think any apologies were needed from anyone who has simply and politely posted their own honest opinions about EUA, whether or not in the long run those opinions turn out to be well-founded /correct or not.

… it doesn’t take weeks to execute and settle a trade for chunky amounts of GBP on global FX markets, they could just crack on if they really think EUA is a big money-maker.

15:15, you are confused, chessgambiteer. it does still remain perfectly legal for UK to houses to deal in EUA shares and related products. & it is still a london listed, non-suspended share trading on AIM. S so if particular houses such as IG choose not to deal in EUA or derivatives, that’s an internal company specific view that it’s effectively more trouble /more risk than it’s worth to bother.

? if there is a big russian investor who thinks EUA is a likely multi-bagger, and is not allowed to deal /hold in london, but is allowed to in kaz, then why on earth would they not simply buy GBP on FX markets to buy those AIX listed shares before the price rockets away?
