RE: Share Consolidation10 Jul 2016 10:38
"So £900K market cap pre placing + £500 placing =£1.4M; market cap on 20/5/2016 after placing = £2.74M. So adding in the placing receipt, a near doubling of market cap, not insubstantial on no news"
yes, there was a price spike, which seems v. hard to justify.
and yes indeed, it didn't last, just drifted back to £1.65M.
so stripping out that .5M approx, RRR has only
gone from £0.9M - £1.15M (exc. those new funds)
which is pretty much error margin on AIM, lol.
but anyway, enough of RRR, the poor lil thing.
i'm sure you're right that some consolidations
do work out well. but plenty don't, and it
does seem that many pis rather dislike the idea.
would be preferable for NCT if they could manage
release some of the exciting, positive news that you
have been anticipating for a while *before* they
start getting into capital re-organisations etc., else
some will just see it as preparing for another raise.
