lol, someone else is trying to claim that a micro-cap AIM resource company with no current assets is a guaranteed, *risk free* profit opportunity, and i'm the one who is the wind-up merchant?? what larks!

it's strange, then, that if this is an entirely risk free opportunity for good profit, that the city of london professional investment community as a whole isn't just piling in relentlessly. perhaps you should tell 'em?

(+ what recourse would holders have if company delisted but then seemed to change mind re winding gwik down?)

if this delists, how long do you think it would take the company to be wound down, and what do you think the expenses would be in doing that? (hint: not instantaneous, not nil) naive to assert there is guaranteed profit if this delists. share price reflects both risk & reward.

no idea whether this is a dead duck or not. they could secure a valuable asset cheap and it will soar. but they might not & it'll be toast. high, high risk. good luck to all who sail. far as i can see, there's very little concrete to go on other than the cvs of two of the execs. which makes this a gambling/guesswork share.

yup, pretty p*ss poor lemon of an investment, that one. all very well woodford criticizing the company's poor corporate governance practices, but one would have hoped woodford's team would have looked into those at the outset as part of their due diligence. hope some (expensive) lessons learnt.

bank of england won't be buying up bonds etc for ever. sooner or later, value comes back to question of what the underlying assets are actually doing to produce wealth, out there in the real economy.

i suppose a lot depends on timescale too, eh? give it a few years, and it will probably have doubled unless cockroaches or aliens have taken over the planet.
