RE: Re Gwik25 Aug 2016 14:53
true. I'm referring to austin's post, which seems
far more balanced than posts claiming that this is
a share that can't lose money from current level,
or posts predicting a definite multi-bagger, etc.
a can't lose, definite multi-bag share in the AIM
micro-cap resource sector is a mirage. some have
better prospects than others, none are certain.
this company could do well if it procures a
decent RTO asset on good terms,,while it fails
to get one, or accepts one on poor terms (less
likely, I think), then it will do badly. simples.
much is being made of the quality of consultants & BoD here
I've no criticism to make re any of the company's staffing,
just would note that in the current market conditions, there
are plenty of pretty experienced and seasoned oil industry
folk available for work / consultancy etc. gwik's probably
are pretty good, but it's hardly a USP. gwik does also have
cash rather than debt, but it's not a particularly big amount
of cash .. so that will constrain the size and value of deal they
can get, unless they take steps to raise additional financing.
