RE: In an attempt...8 Aug 2019 19:52
c'mon, it should be pretty obvious, dougal.
1. amit and associates can try to make more
money for themselves by issuing additional
shares in their cayman listed company for
cash from gullible punters. they managed it
for 400K last year in the so-called 'pre-IPO',
& imo they might well try again... trying to pump
up hopes and expectations on boards like this,
or via twitter/whatsapp groups etc, can be part of
persuading punters to give more money to amit!
why would they not try again, when it
worked so well for them last autumn?
2. even if zero new shares are issued, as you
say yourself it is still possible for shares to be
traded privately, without using any exchange.
... & so it would not surprise me at all if punters
who were taking part in twitter groups about
ctag were approached with an 'opportunity' to
buy some 'cheap' shares in this exciting company
from some friendly person who just so happens to
get chatting to them in the twitter group -- that
'friendly person' would be the one making money!
again, it would help such a 'friendly person'
to sell their shares privately via approaches
in twitter /whatsapp group etc, if they have
used IDs on these kind of chat boards to try
to ramp up hopes about ctag, & try to prevent
their target punters from listening to sceptics.
