patch, why would i care one way or the other
what share price does in short term moves?
i am not trying to make any day trades here.

(i keep typing GCPD, then have to correct myself. - so
far as i am aware, gotham city police department has
never shown an interest in buying a nigerian oil field.)

sure, money to pay BoD wages & perks, yes.
but money to invest & develop anything, no.

curious, someone is being very sensitive about
posts i've made recently noting that since 2016,
mxo/adme has shown a pattern of producing
rich saviour(s) when share price is very low, with
the excitement from that leading to a share price
rise, then a placement, & then the saviours walking
away / losing interest. (GPDC, chinese, makhtoum).

three times over three years surely a pattern of interest,
although this last time it failed to support a big placing.

there are a lot of placees and other traders who bought
shortly after the placing who are way underwater & are
spreading any kind of hot air to try to sucker someone
else into taking their shares. a few accounts on this
were opened right around the time of the placing, &
have been trying to talk the share up, & pretend that
pis holding this should all stick together & buy/hold.
highly unlikely imv that's what those posters will do.

('maketeanotwar' a fairly obvious example)

fun watching the short term price action here, & see how
the aftermath of such a big AIM HNWI/mm deal plays out.

no-one seems to have much to say about how on earth
adme will manage to get financing now sheikh has gone.
without cash to maintain their commitments to developing
aje, they will default on their share of aje & all the sunk costs
to the other partners. lose / lose scenario for them -- if the
other partners don't think it's economic at the moment to
throw loads more money to develop aje field, then what is
the growth story that adme can use to puff? but if the other
partners do propose concrete developments, adme has no
cash to pay for its share, & is stuffed re using another placing.

massive overhang, they are still making
additional losses each year, they need
to raise yet more money for aje, & they
still owe chunky money for grenada.

(did shareholders ever get an explanation
about that odd grenada debt? of course not.)

E-AL, which takes us right back to issue about the overhang here.

the warrants held by the sheikh still form part of a huge
overhang. i don't know if the sheikh will sell 'em for 4.5p,
or will hope to trickle 'em out on some uptick, but i don't
think he is just going to sit on them as a long-term value
investment, given his resignation & dumping of 13.34 mill.
... given he was happy to sell so many millions at 10p already,
i doubt he has a much higher target to get rid of the warrants.

& so the warrants form part of a massive overhang, with
plenty of people hovering over sell button for an uptick.

hence, my post earlier:

gonna take something startling to clear 23 million overhang.

mcadder, you said that you thought he would not be entitled to
the warrants now that he has resigned from the board. but of
course, although you still fail to acknowledge this, the sheikh
never was on the BoD. if you believe that he is not entitled to
those warrants from the april placing, but accept that they have not
been cancelled, then explain who you think owns the warrants now?

(do you think there are 6.7 million warrants exercisable
at 4p floating around, but nobody at all owns them??)

easy enough to check the company's own website to
see the number of warrants extant, rather than rely
on the wishful thinking of rampers on this chat board:

mcadder, can't you read? the company themself clearly tells you
in their RNS about the sheikh's resignation as president that he
was NOT a BoD member. he got them just for being a placee.

ADME's own website, updated on 25th august, states:

AIM Securities in Issue: 49,638,497
Warrants in Issue: 6,700,000

nothing about cancelled warrants, mcadder.

i can appreciate that you might *wish* that he
wasn't entitled to them, but that's different to
the actual state of affairs. so you are attempting
to mislead others on this board when you claim
that the sheikh's adme warrants were cancelled.

the april placing has not been cancelled or withdrawn.

the sheikh paid up £543,000 for new shares issued
by the company. --> so the company still has that
placing money. --> and the placees still have their
warrants, until they choose to exercise or sell them.

attempts to pretend that the warrants have been
cancelled, in the absence of any RNS from the
company, seem feeble attempt at market abuse.

mcadder, the sheikh was not awarded 4p warrants for being a BoD member.

firstly, those 8 million warrants were announced as grants to **placees** when
the april placement was made, not for BoD responsibilities or performance
targets. & secondly, the sheikh was never a BoD member of adme anyway;

so if the new CEO announces a personal purchase using
his own cash of 22,500,000 shares, then would sort it out?

yes indeed. tbh i used to plan for sigourney
weaver, but changes in market conditions &
a more realistic appraisal of the condition
of my assets led me to refocus on winona.

how will the company fund that? they don't have cash.

the company does *not* talk about becoming
profit-making in Q1 '20. ...all that they say is
that they are "aiming to become", lol, "cashflow
positive". - firstly, cashflow positive is not the
same as being profit making, is it? - secondly,
they can 'aim towards' something all they like,
that's a darn long way from actually doing it.

i am still aiming towards marrying winona ryder.

i don't think the company, cornhill/ pello, stefan, frangos and the
sheikh need any additional help from anyone to put "doubt & fear"
into people's minds. they have done that very well themselves.

they were also pretty careful to build in wiggle room, as above.

i am a bit doubtful whether it will go ahead at all, given
what seems to be a lack of enthusiasm amongst other
partners to get a clear plan out there. i suspect they
have all looked at the numbers, sucked their teeth, &
decided that it probably needs to be parked for now.
(that would fit with panoro's apparent lack of interest.)

but if they do manage to go ahead, i think adme will probably
have to pay its share by signing away a majority chunk of that 5%.
