RE: Petronor27 Oct 2019 18:02
perhaps the right trade for those holding
adme would be to sell them in order to
buy petronor shares instead? - after all,
if field development does go ahead, then
petronor will be coining it from operating
fees, and minority stakeholders will have
their share of the revenues leeched to
keep paying for petronor's ongoing costs.
... meanwhile, four more days left for adme to
meet their declared expectation of completing
their stuttering placement by the end of october.
they were still trying to collect £278,910
at the time of the 8th oct RNS from ADME:
"The Fundraising, which totals approximately £562,360 through the issue of 8,033,713 new ordinary shares, is expected to have fully completed by the end of October 2019.
Accordingly, the Company is pleased to announce that it has completed, conditional upon Admission, the first stage of the Fundraising raising approximately £283,450 by way of the issue of 4,049,311 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("New Ordinary Shares") at a price of 7 pence per share."
