Ian_, neither of those recent RNSs said that EUA was going to get a
new nomad. - you are welcome to read them that way if you like, but
it simply isn’t what they said. they said they *believed* that they would
secure another nomad before WHI left, but it turned out they were wrong.

(more recent RNS doesn’t even say what they believe will happen next.)

so it would be more honest /accurate if you posted,
that EUA has said it is *trying* to get another nomad.

personally i don’t doubt that it is the BoD’s genuine intention
to try to get another nomad lined up for EUA, but that is quite
different from investors being told that they *will* get one.

i genuinely intend to marry winona, and have been in advanced
discussions about that for years, but sadly it still might not happen.
hopefully it would be a smooth transition from my current partner,
although I’m not convinced they would stay on for the hand-over.

but they did not promise what the outcome of those would be.

so maybe they will get a new nomad, but then
again maybe they won’t. tick-tock, as they say.

dunno. various enthusiasts on here have posted from time to time
that they would be happy to buy more privately off other holders.
but I suspect that’s been mainly bravado & few/none have then dealt.

my guess is, it would be an awful lot easier to find willing sellers for a
private trade of AIM share with no nomad, than to find a substantive bid.

matt, on what grounds do you think a class action could be
brought against EUA? - pis aren’t entitled to compensation
just because they lose money. a class action would need to
relate to some (alleged) improper action by EUA, wouldn’t it?

re 10:36, EUA can still be bought and sold via private trade.
the paperwork is not particularly onerous if people want to.
suspension only prevents dealing via the public exchange.

bear in mind that although they announced that the shares to settle
old debts were issued at a notional price of 2.4p per share, creditors
will have agreed the settlement amount with reference to the actual
price that they believe they will be able to sell those shares at, so if
they have any sense, that should be pitched rather less than 2.4p,
given that no-one is on bid side for 5% of ADME at that kind of price.
(especially so if they intend to honour a supposed 6 month lock-in.)
my guess is they got that to settle a debt somewhere around £25-35K.

align reports are not independent in any sensible sense of the word, imv.
they undertake paid for marketing & promotional activities, primarily in
the form of a report, although they do also get active tweeting & posting.

their job is essentially to regurgitate spin on behalf of a company.

try asking the guys still on AOGL chatboard about align’s history there.

? why should anyone have to plead for forgiveness for their opinions
about a share, whether positive or negative? - these are only shares
and companies that we are discussing, with the purposes of a share
chat board being essentially some combination of entertainment & a
chance to share & compare differing views about shares with others.

something’s getting a bit skewed if peeps feel they are being put under
pressure to recant past or present views that might differ from others,
as though this was some kind of discussion within a very strict church or
sect about apostasy vs adherence to religious orthodoxy. lighten up, guys!

that is not what EUA has said.
