the thing that would make a serious difference to pace of attempted
return to work would be if the government reduces the level of financial
support (furlough etc) paid to the stay-at-homes. boris said nothing
at all about that today, so let’s see what risky boy has to say next week.

elenor, so far as i can see, TDT has not claimed that the hammond
tweet was from the BoD. rather, i think his point is that the BoD
have themselves been very active on social media, & it seems quite
possible that it is their social media output which has caused probs.

a key difficulty seems to be that punters have been encouraged to
believe things which don’t seem to be supported by publishable facts.

the enthusiasts believe that is because +ve juicy facts are being concealed
because of supposed NDAs. but the sceptics suspect +ve facts are lacking.

am changing my own view a little meantime, i still think
it is *possible* they will manage to secure a new nomad,
still time to reach an agreement, but at this point on balance
i think a bit more likely that they will not get a new nomad.

not long to see now in any case, it’ll be interesting to find out.

mild preference on my part for them to get a nomad, because then
i think there would be more information available about what’s going
on, hence better to watch. but if delisted that is probably pretty much
the end of news flow for a long time, & much would never come out.

nicky, AIM regulation have not said they are offering
any extensions for companies with no nomad. if EUA
don’t appoint one by 29/5 then they are delisted toast.

best scenario here imv, hardball negotiation between EUA
& prospective new nomad about what mitigation (retractions
/ corrections, resignations etc.) EUA will agree, waiting right
up until right up to 29/5 to see who will blink first. - risky game.

my guess, helpful did OK himself from his ramping
on AOGL. he was putting other people’s money in, &
probably getting a decent incentive for encouraging that.

more risk on appetite for other stocks today,
take a look at what rises as big pharma falls.

aston, i do believe that there is a new nomad that they have been
talking to.... but as to whether it eventually agrees to take EUA on,
that would depend partly on what issues the due diligence discovers,
& then what EUA is willing to commit to in order to remedy such issues.

(i think at least one BoD resignation required, + proper CITIC clarification.)
